Fun fact about Zoobles, there was a TV series based on the SEGA Toys adaptation by Dong Woo Production that lasted for 26 episodes. The series first aired in South Korea in 2011 and then Japan in 2012. I just learned about the existence of zoobles and as someone who has always loved the idea of cute little pets (lps, tamagotchi, pokemon) it's a shame i didn't know about them cuz i definitely would have liked them as a kid. I also remember losing the little coin thing and being devastated but my dad was a real g and got a washer for me to use instead since it was still magnetic. thanks dad lol

Vol2 of the show is exclusively in japanese online from what I can tell, and vol1 isnt online at all!! And the zoobles toys themselves go for a lpt of money, as in 13 of them from happy meals are going for 60$, it also has a nds game that I used to play and it only goes for I think 30-40$

As a kid my parents would only let me get toys if there was a boy in the advertising. So I unfortunately couldn’t get LPS as a kid BUT i convinced my mom that zoobles were Bakugan so I was able to get them.
I freaking love zoobles as a kid I had the zoobles Nintendo DS game which came with the zubal in the box and that really sold me in I had a bunch of them and I would just stick them since they had like magnets on them I would just stick them everywhere😂

i would absolutely love to see a yoohoo video personally. I have hundreds of beanie boos in my attic from years of collecting, but it was yoohoos that made me fall in love with them. If you look a bit, there is a channel publishing the original korean yoohoo animation! personally, i grew up and loved the korean version a lot better because the american version is filled with gags i find really strange, the art style is just weird, the voice acting is hard to sit through if im being honest, and overall just the entire thing is just "oh god" moment. I'm aware it was supposed to appeal to an entirely different audience though, but eh... I have to admit though, the storyline is more creative, i agree. but entire thing itself is like one of those weird series you would find on nick like from years ago. anyways besides my rambling i'd really like to see it, and love your channel :D i just stumbled accross it and clicked because you talk about all the toys i had collected for long periods of time. ive been collecting toys for idek how long, but you deliver your videos really well and theyre so entertaining to me! I had a whole collection of yoohoo toys that I had clearly gotten in happy meals and stuff. I once brought it in or school for like a play or something (we were allowed to do performances back in my primary/elementary school) and I lost them in the playground 😭😭💀 I was so devastated.
i remember having tons of zoobles as a kid! i loved them, but at the same time i was kinda mad that my cousin got to have bakugan toys while i had to get the "girl" version. i actually had no idea the lines were connected, i spent most of my life thinking zoobles were a girl mode bakugan ripoff. i think i might still have some around my house...
Me and my sister each had one yoohoo plush at one point. i had no idea there was a show for these. I ended up collecting beanie boos when they came out but only because i had the og beanies my whole life but they werent really making the old ones anymore.
I had some bird pen with the same face and hair as the shoulder buddies but its body was pretty different.
I really liked zoobles, i remember having a lot of mcdonalds ones and maybe like 1 or 2 regular ones. I didnt love em as much as my singular bakugan tho that thing was one of my favorites.
WAIT, I never knew of YooHoo & Friends, but as a kid, we had this tv that had a 3D mode, and built in games. Two of the games (spot the difference and sudoku) had those characters in it. I completely forgot about it, but the images you had shown instantly made me remember that.
Sadly, I can't find much about those games.

I remember when yoohoos were in happy meals and OH MY GOD. Changed my life. I had all except for one of them & collected them! I remember my mum asking a worker & buying them for me alongside my happy meal for like 50p before we took my old dog (who passed last October) to puppy training classes

Great video, i remembered all of these save for YooHoos. i thought i didn't own any, because i had at least one of the other three toys mentioned... however-- i went and checked and i own one of the princess pink lemur ones. I've had this thing for who knows how many years now, and this whole time i thought it was a Beanie Boo. So i can totally see why they went and sued TY for damages, lol.

I had a bakugan but the animals were so cute (great channel btw :D )

I remember the zoobles toys when I was a kid I loved them I remember bringing them to school and sticking them to my desk with the magnet on the toy and playing with them at recess but I also remember this one time I gave one of my zoobles to this one girl and she never gave it back to me I was so mad and I never spoke to her again
i would absolutely love to see a yoohoo video personally. I have hundreds of beanie boos in my attic from years of collecting, but it was yoohoos that made me fall in love with them. If you look a bit, there is a channel publishing the original korean yoohoo animation!
personally, i grew up and loved the korean version a lot better because the american version is filled with gags i find really strange, the art style is just weird, the voice acting is hard to sit through if im being honest, and overall just the entire thing is just "oh god" moment.
I'm aware it was supposed to appeal to an entirely different audience though, but eh... I have to admit though, the storyline is more creative, i agree. but entire thing itself is like one of those weird series you would find on nick like from years ago.
anyways besides my rambling i'd really like to see it, and love your channel :D i just stumbled accross it and clicked because you talk about all the toys i had collected for long periods of time.

I think including feisty pets in a video would be cool! I remember seeing them online a lot but then they just kinda disappeared but the cool thing is they’re still making new variants and the official youtube channel is still somewhat active!
