I run the air hose up over my shoulder and behind me and hold it with my other hand when I spray so it’s behind my back and won’t touch anything in front of me. Y’all keep it up. I love the videos.
I was in a mini truck club & went to all the Events like Resolutions & there were lots of paint designs the low rider designs stood out dark burgundy candy was very popular & wire wheels like Daytons were common you just had different style mini trucks all of them are very cool. 👍
Looks badass! Was hoping to see yall at mininats but my son was in a bad car wreck 2 weeks ago and had a burst fracture in his L-1 vertebrae. So cant make it this yr. Hope 2 see yall next yr. I wont go without him. Been planning it since we went 2 Dinos in Nov. Find out thurs if they have 2 do surgery or if its healed enough with just the brace. So say a prayer and take lots of video. Will be living it thru you guys this yr.
There’s a technique called the water droplet effect that I wish I could have told you about before you sprayed everything. But right there where you did your bubbles would have been a good place to do the water droplets. You basically cover everything that you don’t want water droplets on and you splash water on top of your silver/ intercoat clear, then lightly dust on some black , then let it dry and blow off any remaining water droplets and you’re left with perfect water droplets. Then Kandy over it like you did . It looks really good the way it is though , you did a great job man . Try the water droplets next time I think you will like it.
Helleva job Chandler what was the reason for silver base coat does it make the paint Pop mire it seems to be different opinions depending on who u ask in my opinion I would think it soes but I'm definitely not a painter
The red is a candy so it has to have a base coat….he done several spray outs with different base coats to see which one he liked best and that color won
