Every Turkish Battle be like

The Turks have great early game horse archers. However, their real strength lies on late period janissary troops able to lay down sharpened stakes, naffatuns making the enemy run by their crude grenades and their the best of the best janissary musketeers. In this video, they defeated Byzantium but this build can defeat even Mongolian or Timurid hordes coming from Baghdad quite easily.

both factions I use horse archers and just skirmish a whole campaign lol

Quality missile infantry defeat horse archers generally. And janissary archers can lay down stakes against cavalry. They already can defeat the best cavalry archers in missile skirmishes.
