Finding out about item rewards in this video just proves how new I am to the whole RPG world. 😳😅 I feel this definitely adds a new dimension to the game! 🤩🤩🤩
This is a good idea. One-use powers are a cool way of letting players try out powers without having to buy them permanently. Kinda like how we used to be able to rent games at the video club.
This is a great video! Definitely helps get the creative juices flowing for my players who love getting loot and rewards! Will you release a list of these somewhere for easier access?
@angelicBeatdown - sorry for a random response to an old video - just wanted to let you know that your recent comment disappeared because another user deleted their comment and I think both of yours were replies to that one. I didn't want you to think that I deleted anything! :-)
@@Sketch9506 Okay, here are two for ya! The first was done by Perry Lee-Rummel and posted on the MMRPG Facebook page: drive.google.com/file/d/1s7Pt_DwHZGEhaowBT9XVPsyfrlZvBz5u/view Here's the link to mine on Demiplane: app.demiplane.com/nexus/marvelrpg/character-sheet/60019781-ecb6-4f4b-9bdb-a5652045e751 I used Perry's as a base for mine, but made several tweaks - I just re-read X of Swords, so was leaning a bit towards her characterization in that. If you don't have Demiplane accecss, the biggest two changes are that I raised her Melee by 2 points to 6 and lowered Ego and Logic 1 each to 5 and 1 respectively. I also had her Soulsword grant her the Dispel Spell power, which can be used normally, and also as a reaction with the trigger being Magik hitting an enemy with any of the Magic origins.
@FuzzyOnTheDetails you are incredible! Thank you so much for replying back to me! Since I have your attention, I had one more question. Since dinsey owns so many titles, how do you feel about introducing characters typically not introduced in the Marvel multiverse? For instance, how would you feel about Star Wars being a multiverse from long ago, or predators and xenomorphs appearing in a game?
@@Sketch9506 there have been several Star Wars builds posted on the Facebook page over the last couple of days in honor of May the Fourth :-). Personally, I would keep the Star Wars universe separate, but the recent Wolverine/Predator comics were pretty enjoyable and would translate well to MMRPG, I think. Ultimately, if your table would have fun with a game with any of those properties, then go for it!
I kind of have the Call of Cthulhu Credit Rating system in my head when I play - certain common expenditures aren't worth tracking (an Uber ride, food, etc). I assume that anyone wants to have a car has a car, etc. Buying something above their station (like a helicopter) might require the extra finances that would come with a reward of some kind. Included with that reward would also be whatever upkeep and storage that helicopter needed, just to avoid the hassle of tracking :-).

Ha! But without the late fees :-).
@@FuzzyOnTheDetails lol yes
Going to give some of these ideas a shot in my game today. Perfect timing, as always, Fuzzy.
That’s awesome - let me know how they’re received!
Amazing video. Great work Fuzzy!
Thank you, Donna!!
I don't comment often on RUclips but thank you for this video
I appreciate the comment even more, then! :-)
Great recommendations!
@@WookieeRage thanks!!

You the man, Fuzzy
Please do a homebrew for Magik! She isn't available anywhere and I have a new player who desperately wants to play as her.
I happened to do one for a game just last week! I’m away for the weekend now but when I get back home tomorrow I’ll share a link.
@@FuzzyOnTheDetails thank you so much! That would be amazing!

Actually i don't recall a thing in the book regarding howmoney works. I might borrow from the d20 modern system

Back on Episode 1 about the Basics of the game you talked about giving people access to the rules on Demiplane. Are you still doing that?
Hey there! Unfortunately it is all filled up but I have a backlog - instructions are in the description of that How To Play Part 1 video
Pretty great 😸👍
