Great video, amazed how little content there is out there on this elliptical. Thanks for sharing

The left arm is loose because the fool that assembled it most likely failed to put a rather large washer on it like the instructions call for. These things are easy to assemble following the video but it does take a few hours and plenty of grease to do it correctly.

So you paid for them to assemble it for you and it still is wobbly?

Hello. I just got mine. I’m having problems pairing my iPhone. I can’t seem to find the Bluetooth on the console. NordicTrack 14.9 offer pairing to iPhone if so how?

LOL.. this is not a "commercial" machine. Read the last page of owners manual about warranty. It tells you it is NOT to be used in a commercial setting or warranty is void. That was the biggest marketing gimmick NordicTrack pulled on consumers and apparently it woked on you. A real "COMMERCIAL GRADE" elliptical costs between $5k to $15K depending on bells and whistles... not $1700.

I just got mine set up today. The guy who set it up said the stride length can’t be adjusted but the website says it can. Do you know how to adjust it?

I don't sorry I would contact NordicTrack for help.

The stride is adjusted by using the elevation. As you increase the elevation the stride is reduced. Not ideal and a bit of a gimmick.

@@georgeplesa8174 thanks for your reply. That is a bit of a gimmick and misleading.

I purchased one of these directly from NordicTrack. Many of the parts were damaged and the quality of the product is terrible. Even though the unit is within the 30 day return window, customer service refused to even create a return ticket. I've had a NordicTrack treadmill and elliptical in the past. Both were excellent but I will never buy another product from them again. Customer service is terrible and the fit and finish doesn't meet historical standards for this brand. Buyers Beware!

IMPORTANT BEWARE: this machine is sold in several cosmetic variations by other brand names (i.e. Pro form), and all the other give the weight limit of user as 275 pounds while Nordictrack gives 350 pound user limit. 275 pounds is closer to the truth. My lightly used machine had the welded axle of the right pedal arm FAIL with the assembly crashing down while in use. I am heavy and was using ZERO resistance and incline. I made a special effort NOT to stress the machine until I could lose weight. If I had been a 180 pound person and using a resistance\high incline this would have caused a serious injury, possibly a broken leg!
If you are a sub-200 pound person this machine is made for you. But even so it's important to do a safety check EVERY SINGLE time before use. Since replacement parts are nearly impossible to find you MUST HAVE the longest extended warranty possible. I did NOT get an extended replacement parts warranty and now have a machine that cannot be repaired by myself. Imagine this machine like a bicycle that does NOT have replacement parts easily available for the buyer.
I should have gone with my first choice the Sole 95 with a weight limit of 400 lbs but was concerned about ceiling height. With luck I will hunt down and find second hand parts for repair and then use the machine with ZERO\low incline going forward.

@@Christina.Farley I found a replacement part, and after the fix used the machine just as a low impact walker. After 3 month of super gentle use it developed a loud squeak. Long story short the welding on the center shaft that holds the LCD screen had a hairline crack. If I knew a welder it could maybe be fixed otherwise 🤕...I wish I could afford a $7000 Precor!😩
