The tariffs should be updated regularly due to the rise in inflation every year as well.

Tariff should have 10% increases every year.
Any investment which gives 12% pa is excellent. Along with returns ur land will appreciate. Also, govt gives 6% interest SUBSIDY. It's definitely viable in long run.
How will you get 12% ROC in today's environment from Kusum...will be happy to know that
8-10 years almost Zero profit. Post 10 years No one knows what guarantee or govt will last 😂😂 .
Only way is govt must increase tarrif rates and reduce panel price. Wonderful video. 🎉🎉
Gov should allow local companies to collaborate with foreign countries for technology & import of modules, since we are not equipped to manufacture all. China has cow of all technologies in Solar field.

Govt wants to encourage make in India but it will take time for this, by that time everybody will loose motivation to put up projects, speed up PLI scheme for panel and equipment manufacturers

सर, महाराष्ट्र मे 2 scheme चालू है....
१) PM kusum मे ३ करोड का investment है १MW project के लिये.. ७०% loan hai aur ३०% khud ko invest karna है... Aur २५ saal ka aggreement... Rate per unit ३.१० ₹ है...
२) इस scheme मे आप २५ साल के लिये aapni land ko रेंट पे देते हैं... १२५०००₹ पर हेक्टर के हिसाब से....

minimum solar plant capacity is 500 kw and 500 kw requires investment of 2-3 cr and 500 kw plant can produce 750000 units annually so 750000×3 =2250000 annually. So in 9 years we can fully recover the capital.so in 25 years we can make approx 6 cr. And now component a comes in agriculture infrastructure fund now we can get low interest rate so now it's makes sense or not.plese tell
500 kw can be done at around 1.8-2.2 cr

Does the land get locked with government for 25 years ?..also isn't it better to invest this money in some good commercial property in big city if anyways u have to take a loan of around 2.5 crore and put almost 1 crores from ur pocket ?

Depends on your accounting standard and P&L statement, Profit is taxable
UPTO WHAT CAPACITY IS CONSIDERED AS A SMALL PLANTS, will 1MW is considered a big project or small project.
0.5 to 2 MW is considered small project as per Small solar scheme
So what is the future for kusum-A? Because I don't think any disscomm will ever give 4+ tarrif

MSEDC Ltd is taking land on lease @30000/ per acre/per annum. How is this scheme?
You can easily get upto rs 50,000 per acre by leasing your land to private investors, according to mp urja Nigam limited you will have to sign a lease agreement for 27 years. Let me know if you are interested in leasing out your land

Govt subsidy for 2 mega watt project kitna hai ??
There's no govt subsidy, govt is only giving 6% subsidy on interest rate from Bank Loan. 1MW = 3.5-4crore. ( 80% Bank can loan, 20% u have to pay , + Interest rate ). Amount will recover in 8-10 years. And profit might start after 10 years if the govt, warranty and things are live.
So true and necessary information. 25 years you are sort of leasing your land and almost zero profit till 8-10 years. And Govt set a Fix tariff for 25 Years is INSANE!! Post 10 years when a farmer might be thinking of profit, post 10 years no one knows how long does govt guarantee going to last!! One more way to loot farmers 😮
