RANKING EUROVISION 2022 SONGS

- Hey! It's so good to be back! As an Eurovision enthusiast, I just knew I had to make a 2022 version.
This video represents my personal opinion! It isn't how I think that the songs will actually place.

my takes on the 2nd semifinal:
•finland's vocalist scared me so bad in the beginning 😭
•israel had a super fun live! made me wish i could've been there
•i didn't know the lyrics of serbia's song before the 2nd semi. the lyrics definitely carry the song and i'd say i like it now!
•georgia should have used clowns or ballerinas or whatever to save that live
•san marino actually surprised me, their live was super cool and it really captured the true spirit of eurovision (which is chaos)
•australia was also better than i thought it would be
•cyprus had one of these songs where the live would either make or break it, unfortunately it turned out to be the latter. nice set design though.
•IRELAND SHOULD HAVE MADE IT TO THE FINALS. DEVOURED.
•what was north macedonia even thinking 😭
•yay estonia is in the final again!! nice performance
•romania getting into the final surprised me a little but tbh the chorus is so catchy so i'd say it's deserved
•montenegro had a nice live!
•czech republic making it to the final was kind of unexpected for me
my takes on the 1st semifinal:
•albania really surprised me! her energy was everything and it would have been fun to see her perform in the final.
•latvia had one of the best performances that night! i really thought they would make it to the final.
•moldova ate but i really hope their stylist puts them in something else for the final
•portugal's harmonizing felt off? it felt like the higher vocals drowned out maro's voice.
•greece ranked high in the video but the live didn't live up (pun intended) to my expectations. same with the netherlands.
•denmark did better than in their own national finals.
•austria would have passed if they had dancers like in the music video (and if pia maria was also dancing)
•armenia didn't have the cozy vibe that they had in the music video. for a chill song, she was running around a lot. the song was still nice though.
i didnt expect to like czech republic's song either but they absolutely delivered at the live, especially since the songs before them were kind of a snoozefest
My thoughts on your video:
*Since when are you a Eurovision fan
*Oh my god yes Portugal is everything
*Of course a dancer would love Chanel (I do too and Kyle is my favourite choreographer anyway)
*Moldova was pleasantly high on your list
*Greece is low-key suggesting her partner to commit double offing themselves and it's so morbid I can't listen to it
*I don't get the hype around Cyprus or Albania
*Estonia is 15-16th in every silgle fan made ranking I have seen
*Austria was a huge disappointment without the dancers and with the huge ring this SF
*But most importantly I love that Portugal is so high and they delivered this SF
about your first thought: i did a video last year ranking all eurovision songs as well 😀 but last year was the first time i actually started to pay close attention to the competition. i grew up always watching the finals though so i guess you could say i've been a fan for quite some time 😀 and thanks for sharing your opinions!
i just have one question, why is there Australia in Eurovision ? :'))

thanks 💜 to answer your question: from what i've read, eurovision has always been popular in australia. their participation in 2015 was supposed to be a one time thing but then it just kind of...continued? which is very understandable because of their connections to europe. if they were to win, they would have to pick a country in europe for the show though. i hope this helped 😀

I don't want to be that guy but The Rasmus was a huge band doing the same thing even before Måneskin members were born and San Marino's singer has done his thing for longer than Måneskin...
I still hate the San Marino song though and The Rasmus has so many better songs than this one, it's a pity people are so into rock this year they'll send anything that's from this genre, not thinking about how bad or good the songs actually are :(
@@0Tikrimoos0 I love the Rasmus and I am not referring to them, they have a good and unique sound IMO.
