Hey man, I stumbled across this video. I’m no professional or anything. I think a lot of people have these “ideaoligies” or whatever you called it. The brain is a complex thing. We got the “monkey mind” they call it in some meditation videos I’ve watch. The fact that your mindful of all this, and the idea that you like living, I hope you think about these things throughout the day. You seem like a cool dude, an honest guy. And the fact that your able to open your ideas to a public forum speaks volumes. In all honesty, you’ve probably got good feedback for others going through the same thing. Again, I’m no professional by any means so I can’t offer advice, but if you ever need anyone to chat with, your more than welcome to message me. I’ve got a daughter too and I can tell you right now, there’s no way your family would be better without you. You are their Superman. Cheers man.
Wow. I just watched all of your posts. Some things you said are very enlightening and helpful. The mountain you're climbing takes a mountain of courage. As a daughter and granddaughter of two service members who lived their entire post-service lives with untreated PTSD, unless you count alcoholism as treatment, I can only encourage you to stay on this most difficult path. Children of people with untreated PTSD can end up with C PTSD. ✋ I just had the best 10 days with my dad in 50 years - he was on hospice. He waited until his death was imminent to open his heart to his children. I'll continue watching to try and glean understanding of why he was the way he was, and send encouragement to you. Grandfather carried out his ideation. Thank you for doing this. You will help others. 🤍🕊🤍
