I think it’s awesome seeing the different personal styles of each barbershop and barber. Where I’m from in the US every barbershop looks so similar. I feel like the look of a barbershop can give the customer an idea of what to expect from their barber.

This is my perspective as an American: I feel like all Japanese barbers can cut and style hair well and I think that no matter where you go you can find a good barber. However, I also believe that each barber differentiates themselves from other barbers by being really dedicated, knowledgeable and caring about another service they provide like a head-spa, shave or even a simple wash.
