    Thanks for watching! In the last keypoint, I am talking about the tendency of people to play countercross when they play middle. This isn't a black-and-white case where every player will play every ball in his/her middle like that, so keep that in mind!

      It's such a broad concept that I can't give you one golden tip. However, I'd say be most conscious about what you do when you're too late and try to correct your mistakes there..

    Note to myself: Although the content is very clear and summerized well in 6 minutes, each key points should be trained at least multiple sessions. Don't think free content is invaluable. Plan your sessions beforehand and train, train, train.
