Which are tigrie and amara or are called HABESHA ሓበሻ or حابش .. Let me school you. The current Ethiopia is a fake nation when Italy invaded Abyssinia , the king fled to England and Abyssinia was under the colony of Italy for five years. In 1940 the king came back from England. His nation was free by the British and he went to the league of nation. He announces it his kingdom will be called Ethiopia. Ethiopia means Greek land inhabited by Sun burnt people or Black people. Also, Ethiopia mean Africa. The land south of Egypt and east of Nile used to be called Ethiopia. Ethiopia is in Greek and Sudan is in Arabic and have the same meaning. Ethiopia of Bible got nothing to do with the current Ethiopia.
That shows you how illiterate you are, the current Ethiopia use to be called Abyssinia , it became Ethiopia in 1941 exactly 83 years ago. Hence the biblical Ethiopia is not the current Ethiopia. Ask your priest to research it. 😂😂😂

I am not surprised at all. Ethiopia was the first country mentioned in the Bible, in the very first chapter of the book of Genesis. Ethiopia is not only the cradle of civilisation, I firmly believe the garden of Eden is there. By the way we have what we believed to be the burial site or tomb of Queen of Sheba in Nigeria. I will always be proud of Ethiopia.
The Ethiopia in the bible was refered to north eastern countries of Africa. The etymology of the word Ethiopia which was derived from the Greek word Aethiopia was refered to countries like djibouti, Eritrean, Sudan Ethiopia and other countries. The original name of Ethiopia was (Aksum) and in the latter Abyssinia which comprises of countries like Eritrea, Ethiopia, Yemen and southern part of Saudi Arabia. Such first class commentary, each sentence spoken clearly at a pleasant pace to listen to gain comprehension of what is being said. Then followed by a period of silence for further contemplation and comprehension. So relaxing to watch and listen too. Unlike so many commentators who speak far to quickly in a constant barrage of rapid words accompanied by rapidly changing imagery to render the viewer either totally confused and or missing most of what has been said and what is visually presented.

Ethiopia is so beautiful in nature, massive resources, landscape, humble people, every now and then conflicts arise, but still the mass knows how to calm things down. Ethiopians are very forgiving when it comes to conflicts amongst them selves, but if and when an outsider trys to harm anyone they'll set aside their differences and unite for their countrymen. They're like family if one gets hurt they all feel it. Ethiopia is Ethiopia.💚💛❤️ Thank you for showing my beauty🙏
Ethiopia, the first country mentioned in the Book of Genesis (the Bible). It also appears in the first page of Homer's Odyssey. Poseidon made frequent travels to Ethiopia and took extended leave there, which vexed the court of Olympus at a time when Odysseus was stranded in Calypso's island. To the chagrin of Athena, no solution could be had for the sailor's predicament until Poseidon returned from Ethiopia.
I truly loved this documentary. I've never been to Ethiopia, but Denver has a large and wonderful Ethiopian community. Several restaurants serving their wonderful food can be found--all of them quite good. Most taxicabs serving Downtown Denver have Ethiopian drivers, and I run into these cheerful people all around the Denver area. I had no idea the country was so complex, so multi-faceted, so seductive. My wife and I cannot wait to travel there when we can afford such a luxury.
Very excellent video. Pleasantly narrated. I live in Alaska. Ethiopia is breathtaking in its natural beauty. The lifestyle of the people blending with nature is so rich. So sad that oppressive leadership and tribal rivalry scars its people and causes bloodshed where people should be brothers and sisters.
A lot about Oromo is hampered in this video. It's always like that in Ethiopia. Either the video owner has no interest or his guides are anti-Oromo people from Addis Ababa or the North.

The women are stunning, so too, many of the men! Tall & lean for the most part & most possess such beautifully refined facial features. During my travels, I witnessed this in Kenya & Somalia too, but as neighbouring countries, this would make sense. Although all separate countries, they once shared boundaries prior to man made borders being drawn & hence, some shared DNA came into being. Just a bit of trivia: “The Ethiopian Bible is the oldest and most complete bible on earth. Written in Ge'ez an ancient dead language of Ethiopia it's nearly 800 years older than the King James Version and contains over 100 books compared to 66 of the Protestant Bible.”
It’s actually false trivia. The full fact would be that it’s the oldest *most complete” as in the oldest Bible to contain both old and New Testaments. The actual oldest translation of the scriptures is the Greek Septuagint. The Septuagint is so much older it predates the New Testament. So obviously it is only the oldest translation of the Old Testament or Tanakh. The Ethiopian bible is from around 500 AD. The Septuagint is from around 1-3 BC. So it’s over 500 years older than the Ethiopian texts. Obviously this is necessary for the Ethiopian scriptures to contain the New Testament which did not exist at that time when the Septuagint was translated.
@@ghost-user559 Do not understand your need to call it false trivia, I believe everyone understood that I was referring to the complete bible. Both old and New Testament.
@@dayair1 It’s not your fault, its the wording of the individual you are quoting. I’ve seen people use that exact quote to try to prove the Bible originally came from Ethiopia and that the Ethiopians are the original Israelites. The quote is misleading, but that doesn’t mean it’s completely incorrect, just worded in an ambiguous way that allows misinterpretation for some people. It’s completely correct that it is older than the Kjv and the oldest translation with a New Testament included, but it’s still fairly recent compared to the Septuagint.
@@VenomA-zm2hy No actually, the Ethiopian bible is basically brand new compared to the actual oldest bible lol! The oldest translation of the scriptures on earth is the Greek Septuagint. The Ethiopian bible is only the oldest with a New and Old Testament. And no, the scriptures say that that is completely false. If you read them you would know that.

Unbelievably stunning humans, their beauty is captivating, and the beautiful landscape …beautiful history, clean country ❤❤❤❤ from UK
The Ethiopian people are so beautiful!
They really are indeed! Just gorgeous!
Amazing
❤
Somehow with all the aboriginals there and for the images Not to matter they STILL MANAGED TO WHITEWASH BLACK HISTORY 🤔😒😠 They can't accept the color of his skin.
Hoffentlich lernen sie in ihrer Schule die Natur zu respektieren und zu schùtzen und nicht wie in der Moderne sie zu zertôren
Is just like present day country Ghana which adopted the name of the old Ghana empire though most of them migrated from the old empire...
Many are Jews and Israel brought them to Israel, Falashas, wrong spelling, sorry.
@@abw48 they're rather original Hebrews, the Jews were the later. The current Jews there now are of Eastern European descent ie of khazars of Russia and Ukrainans missed with the old byzantine, Greek, Persian and Assyrian invasions...
I guess it doesn’t backdate beyond 6000 years, as there are a lot civilisations that are older!
AMEN 🙏
I cannot wait to visit Ethiopia that is on my bucket list before I die, Gosh I am from Jamaica and I am of the belief we are from that country, See you soon Beautiful country, 42Empress.
For your information there are already Jamaicans living in Ethiopia in their own city called (melka oda) which is next to the city of shashemene, in the southern oromia region . The last emperor of Ethiopia gave them the land for free. And they marry their own and locals .And live life peacefully. Their house and grocery store on the highway clearly visible and very decorated in a Jamaican way . They are also called Rastafarian’s named after the last emperor Rasteferi .And famous in music and art .You can google and see more pictures and other informations .
It's your house 🏡 Boy 🎉,🤩🕊️
Such first class commentary, each sentence spoken clearly at a pleasant pace to listen to gain comprehension of what is being said. Then followed by a period of silence for further contemplation and comprehension. So relaxing to watch and listen too.
Unlike so many commentators who speak far to quickly in a constant barrage of rapid words accompanied by rapidly changing imagery to render the viewer either totally confused and or missing most of what has been said and what is visually presented.
Wow a good representation and explanation about Ethiopians life styles from the beginning to the end. Job well done bro. God bless mama Ethiopia 🇪🇹 and Ethiopians.
This is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. To me, it's a masterpiece, and wow what a wonderful and diverse country Ethiopia is.
To walk the same compound gtounds as once Queen Sheba walked..Yea..I cried..The church..The nile river..The people..The culture..Words cant compare. I still cry..tears of joy.#Ethiopia
Ethiopia is Ethiopia.💚💛❤️
Thank you for showing my beauty🙏
They had a mass genocide not too long ago. What are you repeaters talking about?
Thanks for watching!

The murder rate in Ethiopia is 56 times that of the US, doesn't seem like they're that friendly a people.

My wife and I cannot wait to travel there when we can afford such a luxury.
when you come don't forget to visit the monasteries and pray for all your needs in one of them.
Why would they move there? From Ethiopia to Denver .that doesn't seem right.

Beautiful country with beautiful people.

Such a wonderful glimpse into the peoples and cultures of this country. The people are especially beautiful!
Am from Uganda. I love Ethiopia my friend from oromo ethnic grp😊😊
A lot about Oromo is hampered in this video. It's always like that in Ethiopia. Either the video owner has no interest or his guides are anti-Oromo people from Addis Ababa or the North.
Ethiopian are Ethiopian. We don’t want an other African to divide us. The westerns are already doing it, we don’t want an other African brothers to do their job

You shouldn’t be learning anything from this video, because there are a lot of false information in this video, especially the part about Christianity, Christianity originated from Ethiopia, it was not introduced, go back to Ethiopia to learn your history, the individual that made this video is not Ethiopian, go and learn from Ethiopia.
Extremely well-researched, well-made and presented in such details.
Thank you very much for your support.

One of my Norwegian friends, married an Ethiopian woman & their 3 children are the most adorable wee things I've ever seen. Just so beautiful in every aspect.
They call Asmara in the far north as Little Roma because Italy ruled the country as a Colony.

Just a bit of trivia:
“The Ethiopian Bible is the oldest and most complete bible on earth.
It is not dead language ,it is still used in the church in all part of the country . Geez is given in PHD level in international University as well.
Thank you for showing the world this. Some people have very little knowledge about this rich beautiful country. Thank you!!!
