Lucky he was paroled, but why in the world did he blow his cover when he had the evidence in his hands, w/ the dots and the falcons ? After going through all that ?? Oh my, what a screw up ! I am surprised there's no footage about him agonizing about blowing his cover. Doesn't seem to make sense that an experienced football player and drug dealer and then hard worker to get to the answer, would blow it all and lose his cool to where the murderer destroyed the evidence.

One of my cousin's sons was kidnapped and killed by a secret police from a Central American country years ago. She never recovered his body, she doesn't know where he was killed exactly, she couldn't bury her son, she doesn't have a place in a cemetery to go visit him. I think that is a type of pain that is very difficult to explain. In those countries they do it to keep people in their place, quiet. It's very cruel.

I was taken by someone w.hile at a bar in Davenport, Iowa back in 83. I had to have been slipped something in my drink and some how got away and ran across Interstate 80 into Pleasant Valley and ran to a house where they called police. I was arguing with a officer when I came out of the blackout.
Who ever had me threw my wallet in a mail box in
    Gary, Indiana.
They were bad people who had me. Its a mirace I survived.
    There are predators everyway
I have 2 big dogs and I am extremely careful
Going thru that changed me. I never recovered those memories.
Just vague memories of the bridge that crosses the Mississippi river
I stopped drinking after that. Wish I could say I never drank again but 2 years later I did drink and it was a hot mess
This is reality for me I am lucky to be alive

The horror the victims of serial killers go through, and the suffering their families must endure just to satisfy the urges of a serial killer. That is pure evil. And to think many of them are still living, in prison, but alive. Makes you wonder, is that justice?

    • @potterj09

People say them sitting in prison for life is suffering but I disagree.
They get to make friends, they don’t have the stresses of life we do, they don’t have to worry about food, electricity, where they’ll lay their heads at night. They have a commissary, they can call their families, they can get pen pals, they can marry their pen pals and have conjugal visits and create offspring. There is no justice in my opinion.

It sounds like you're exploring a documentary or film that delves into a very serious and intriguing subject. Tackling stories like these often requires a delicate balance of investigative diligence and sensitivity towards the victims and their families. It's impressive how filmmakers and investigators can bring light to these stories, striving for justice and awareness. The dedication of those who work on such cases-be it in real life or through storytelling-reminds us of the resilience and strength found in communities when facing adversity. Let's hope that sharing these stories can prevent future tragedies and offer some solace to those affected.

It sounds like you're diving into a gripping and intense story! Documentaries and series that explore true crime, especially those involving serial killers, often bring to light the intricate detective work and the psychological aspects behind the cases. They can be incredibly eye-opening, shedding light on the complexities of law enforcement and the justice system, as well as the resilience of communities affected by such tragic events. Watching these stories unfold can be a powerful experience, providing not only a deeper understanding of human behavior but also highlighting the importance of safety and awareness in our communities. Remember to take breaks and care for your mental well-being when exploring heavy topics like this. Stay safe and keep being curious!

sangeet9100 You know nothing about nothing, that is for sure! It's obvious you do not know the whole real story! What rock have you been under? Would you rather he did not do the mission at all then the serial killer would have for sure been freed to kill other young girls again? Is that what you would have wanted dude?
If the FBI & US Attorney say Jimmy succeeded then he did, there is no 2 ways about it, and they know way more than you do!
Jimmy was released and his record was completely cleared, not even a traffic ticket on his record, and rightfully so! He got tons of new confessions, some recorded on over 20 different victims, which confirmed the serial killer killed the young victims! You seem to have forgot about that very big important part! If not for him, the serial killer would have been for sure released to kill young girls again! To all sane people that makes him a hero! On behalf of all parents thank you for all your help, Jimmy!
