This film trimmer can achieve the following purposes:
1. To trim a standard 35mm film leader, or a 10cm long film leader for old Leicas
2. To ahere a film leader to a roll of film while preserving all the film perforations (sprocket holes)
3. To make a film end that can be attached to a 35mm film scroll
