When it started to wear off I realized I had slept through my midterm. I knew my professor wouldn’t accept the flu as a proper excuse. So, I decided to go to the urgent care so I could turn that note in to my professor. In all honesty it’s not like I was wasting anyone’s time. I had a severe flu and felt horrible. They were able to give me IV fluids and a bunch of medicine to make me start feeling better. I was able to make up my midterm once I started feeling better.
