"Sudden Death" - 100% FC (Expert Guitar) | Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock

- Hi, so the break between this video and the last was a lot longer than I was wanting it to be. Soon after FCing "Chemical Warfare" my trusty X-Plorer stopped functioning correctly thanks to a frayed wire, and it was a while before I got a new guitar. Generally I'm not fond of Les Paul's given the issues their detachable neck causes, but it was all I could find for cheap.
Anyways, this song is what I'd consider the posterchild of Warriors of Rock's jank strumming properties. Essentially the game really likes it if you strum strummed notes in the front end of the timing window, to the point where its HO/PO-strum priorities are out of wack. Generally, if there's a HO/PO followed by a strummed note on the same fret, you want to strum on the HO/PO on the front end of the timing window; the game treats that strum for the strummed note. Yes that is as dumb as it sounds, but it's vital for several sections in this song, most obviously the trashfire that is Verse 2 where you have to strum everything as early as possible for the HO/POs to register.
This was my first run FCing past Solo B (the other hard part). Normally I wouldn't tap those scales in Solo C but my one-handing in that particular bit has been failing me a lot lately.
I only have three particularly hard songs left in Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock: "Speeding (Vault Edition)," "Black Widow of La Porte," and "Fury of the Storm."
