Ingredients:
Cookie dough:
butter 1/2 cup (113 grams) melted
brown sugar 2/3 cup (116 grams)
white sugar 1/4 cup (50 grams)
egg 1 large (52 grams)
vanilla 1 tsp
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup (196 grams)
baking soda 1/2 tsp (3 grams)
chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Dough:
yeast mixture:
fullcream milk 1 1/2 cups
instant yeast 10 grams ( 1 tbsp)
sugar 1/2 tbsp
dry:
bread flour 2 cups (280 grams)
all purpose flour 4 cups (520 grams)
liquid:
yeast mixture
melted butter 1/2 cup (112 grams) salted
sugar 150 grams ( 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
egg 3 large ( 155 grams)
Note: If you are using unsalted butter, Add 1 tsp salt in the dry ingredients.
Cinnamon filling:
butter 3/4 cup (190 grams)
brown sugar 1 1/2 cup
cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
S'mores cinnamon rolls filling :
crushed grahams cracker 1/2 cu
mini marshmallow 1/2 cup
mini chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Vanilla glaze:
powder sugar 1 cup (sifted)
cream or milk 3-4 t tbsp (warm)
Chocolate ganache:
100 grams dark chocolate
100 grams cream
Baking time:18-20 minutes (160°c)
