In the opening statement, Amber's lawyer flashes a makeup kit, saying she used this makeup every day. The company that makes that particular makeup exposed the lie last night on Instagram stating that the kit Amber's defense attorney was displaying was not put on the market until 2017 long after the fake bruising.....

When they wanted to play the tape and Heard’s lawyer was not sure if he had given it to them and Johnny’s lawyer did not know what was on it.., something she could easily object to and suppress until a later date…she said that “assuming it is a conversation between Ms Heard and Mr Depp I have no objection”…that was a huge win for Johnny. It tells the jury that regardless of all the potentially uncomfortable and humiliating things that Amber might have secretly recorded Johnny and his lawyer are absolutely certain she never recorded anything that substantively proves he ever harmed her. That makes it clear Johnny is certain he never did and despite now knowing he was secretly recorded while being instigated by Amber…he knows for a fact he never struck her. The defense just gave Johnny another win by even trying to admit that into evidence.

Her lawyers are trying to establish that Depp's career dive was likely due to his allegedly excessive drinking & drugging. His wife was trying to help him. In fact, after that he agreed to detox, if I'm not mistaken. And he gave Amber full credit for his getting off opiates. So, there's that.

Why do they keep hashing out his drug addiction, we all know that he has struggled with drugs over the years he hasn't lied about that. He's a human being that is flawed just like the rest of us. Testimony from Depp's personal physician revealed that the severed flesh was found in the kitchen. (The Dr sent someone to find it in case it could be reattached) This info lends credence to the theory that JD cut his finger off with a kitchen knife. In the kitchen. So that he could write msgs on the walls with his blood.
Besides, the smooth surface of an unbroken vodka bottle might crush a finger, but would not sever it, imo.

AH admitted several times she intentionally abused him. She knew exactly on many levels what she was marrying into. She married as her own part as a sham aka fraud. We all get that Mr Depp has a dependency issue, that still does not make him an abuser. All this rediculus questioning and Mr Depp keeping a calm demeanor, only endears him to me more. If Mr Depp was an abuser, in his 58 years of life, surely there would be others to substantiate this claim. We all have our moments where we just can't deal with anymore, and have said stuff we didn't mean as a way of destressing or have broken something or hit something, but have never assaulted a person . Anyone with any sense whatsoever can tell he was making a joke about the animals and hookers, had that been real, it most certainly would have made the news years ago. Mr Depp just has a wicked sense of humor. Heards attorneys keep asking him the same questions over and over to annoy him and try to get a negative reaction from Mr Depp, kudos to him for being so mellow through this invasive trial. Mr Depp is very reserved, Heard is bisexual, I'm sure the girl probably was coming on to Ms Heard or had her hand someplace inappropriate for Mr Depp to have had that reaction. All this cross examination is doing, is making anyone with any sense, dislike Heard more, and want to support Mr Depp. Amber seems to think that just because she's female, she should get a free pass on abusing men, what she really should have got was clocked back. She needs to be thankful that she married a man who possessed self restraint. This is coming from a woman. I do not feel that there is any room in a relationship for abuse or violence, if you dish it out, you should have to take it. Act like a lady, be treated like a lady.

She told her personal assistant that she was dating some old, fat guy. That doesn't sound like love to me. The Doctor, nurse, security personnel, staff from their building and even a makeup artist, who did her makeup for a show the next day, all said they never saw a mark on her, this girl is a joke. He said he was done, the relationship was over, and she was looking for a payout. He paid for everything for her and her friends, even let her friends live free of charge in one of his penthouse apartments, so of course she didn't want her meal ticket to go away. She is a slap in the face to women who have actually been abused. Oh and she was messing with Elon one month after they got married while Johnny was away for a movie he was doing. She said she was going to donate the seven million she received in the divorce settlement, but never gave a penny to the ACLU and the children's hospital, when she went to court in Europe, and that became an issue, 100,000 was donated to the charities, which they think was donated by Elon, so only a tiny fraction of what she said she'd donate was ever donated. This girl is not the victim, she is the abuser.

That's perjury. Even if to protect his wife, which I doubt he'd do if he hates her now, he still lied. He lies a lot. He is not trustworthy. I cannot understand the devotion his fans have - they simply cannot get passed the fact he's an angry, violent drunkard who buys illegal drugs, smuggles animals into countries with strict quarantine laws, hits people and wrecks rooms. This is abusive and illegal behaviour.
Johnny is not some lovable rogue. You would not want to live next door to him. Would you know what mood he was going to be tomorrow? Or the next day? If he's throwing a tantrum and wrecking a room (at his age!) or on a drug induced bender, what behaviour can you expect? The police had to be called to his hotel rooms more than once. And at least one of those occasions when he was with Kate Moss - that is domestic abuse. Extreme violence and threats is domestic abuse. You might not like to hear it - but it is true. And it only needs to be true once to make the allegations in Amber's article correct and, therefore, not defamatory.

Johnny is a smart guy, for a man who admitted taking lots of drugs, his memory is so Sharpe, and really knows what he was saying. Shows that he knew Amber abused him . She thought he would not know because he was high, but it turned out it enabled him to keep track of Amber's evil plot.
For all we know Johnny realised Amber's plans, and was acting out like he was passed out, and let her make herself look like a fool. Take for example the ice-cream stuff. I believed Johnny saw through her, and pretending to pass out while this evil wife put ice-cream to melt on him and take her stupid photo. Very sad. Amber will pay.

JD brought this lawsuit, and yes, it's that attorney's job to show the ugly truth abt jd. There is no prosecutor, this is a civil action. JD is suing AH for $ 50,000,000, why is he so determined to destroy her? You would think divorce would be enough. I came into this being nuteral ( as I'm not a JD fan)...at this point it's extremely questionable and suspicious that AH was constantly video/audio recording JD ..as well as taking pics at his most vaunerable or darkest moments...this tells me that she honestly was building a case against him or trying to hold it over his head by Blackballing him to get what she wanted..if I was a juror amber would not have a good outcome..as far as JD..I'm sure he was no picnic to be married to..it's clear however that he had to constantly be walking on eggshells and making sure to protect his career, assets and exploitation of his own wife..

He was missing work constantly and I was the enabler by covering up for him saying he's sick. . At the end of our marriage he only worked 14 days in one year due to his problem from a childhood family issue which he couldn't let go. He was trying to forget. It became so bad financially I couldn't afford to take care of him anymore even though i loved him. Again: Mr Depp worked and was prescribed meds . Sure he had a bindge here and there but everyone has to understand from all the full trials Amber was using mdna , cocaine and drinking which many don't seem to talk about. She's no angel.
