Rusting is a problem and it happens to all the bikes. But you can clearly distinguish if the owner has taken care of his bike according to this fact. Minor rusting is obviously expected but what if there is a bigger problem? Lile a hole in the exhaust because of rusting? You are not indicative mate..thats my verdict..you should have located the area to be considered by a circular enhancement and stuff..i mean not all of us are mechanic..and atleast i did not know where the hell the suspension fluid and stuff were located..
People usually think that once the engine has been opened, the bike is no good, especially here in Nepal. That's a wrong conception. The right question is, was the bike properly mended? Look at it this way, a maintained and serviced engine is better than a faulty engine which has not been opened.
