Eh I dunno, some of those replies happen in real time. They picked sharp kids, even if they were feeding them adult-level lines. And some of the responses the kids on the show have can't be scripted. This looks pretty scripted though.
Sometimes they may think of stuff on the spot but many times the director or writer is just saying stuff to the kids and they parrot it….that’s how a lot of the “kids say shocking stuff” skits work.
