Je probably does. The springs are much heavier than normal. This also explains the BASS

It's a 60% lay-out, so it has 60% of the Keys of a "full" keyboard

@@casthomassen7561 no it's a hybrid layout normal 60% layouts don't have arrowkeys but 65% Keyboards have them. So it has the size of a 60% but still has arrowkeys but to create space for the arrowkeys the right shift key is shortened

Out of curiosity, how did you lube these optical switches? I thought lubing ruins optical switches because it messes with their sensing mechanism?
Only some Optical switches cannot be lubed. I'm pretty sure the spring and stem of these switches don't interfere with the sensing mechanism.

Walker's Keyboard Science was it easy to put together and is it 60%
@@ianmartin8504 it's very easy. This one uses a 60% size case but has 62 keys. There is a version with a standard 60% layout which is more compatible with keycap sets, which I would recommend! The big downfall about the keyboard is the price, $1,300 If I'm correct, if I wanted to spend that much money on a keyboard I would just go with the massdrop keyboard which has interchangeable keys for the price of $200
Where did you get the idea that this was 1300 bucks? This is is like 200 dollars with the keycaps.

He’s not even fully pressing the keys
It must be a switch type where the actuation point is less than the full travel distance... So you wouldn't really have to press all the way through. These kinds of keyboards are good for fast paced games where the fastest reaction time counts
