@@finance.boosan compounding depends on the number of units you hold and how the NAV for those units are. So if you start selling the units, it can affect the compounding. @yogavignesh8604 It will still compound bro. For example, you bought 1000 units with NAV value of 100. So here you invested 1Lakh. Suppose next year NAV went to 200 (100% return) you can sell all 1000 units and here you will get profit of (1000*200 - 1000*100) 1 lakh rupees as tax harvesting. But the thing is again you have to invest all 2 lakh rupees to buy 1000 units. If you calculate now you still having 1000 units but got taxation benefit.

Hi bro, Your explanations are crisp and clear. Can you please explain how really stock market works? Only FII, DII, and retail people is fixing the share price? (Is that same like hunting fish in ocean with less cost and selling it in fish market with higher rate. In this case there is no norms for price fiixng, only seller fix rates) How people are fixing the share price? How shares price getting down for bad news, FII or DII sells? Really im in very confused state how it really works from start to end. There is lot of formula for calculating original share price according to company (Intrinsic value), but it is hard to find the original price. Note: I have seen your one video regarding how stock market works, but can you please elaborate in detail. We are even ready to watch that particular video even it is 20 to 30 mins video clip. Thanks in advance🙏

When you reinvest the entire amount, virtually nothing changes in terms of the growth of your investment. In both scenarios, after 4 years, the investor will still have the same 10L. However, in the tax-harvested case, there will be an additional tax benefit of 30K.
@@finance.boosan for 4 to 5 years ,it’s applicable ,I think. For long term investment ,for eg 20 years, we withdraw our capital with one lakh extra and at the end of 20 yrs we only gain 20L only na bro….bt if we not withdraw the amount for 20 years, our capital along with gains also reinvested and we get max compounding that will give more returns than that 20L….is it wrong or right bro?
Both of these funds adopt a growth investment style, whereas ITC is primarily categorized as a value stock. When analyzing Axis funds, you'll notice they have a significant stake in Bajaj Finance and Dmart. During periods of uncertainty, growth stocks tend to underperform value stocks.
Bro tax harvesting la neenga kudtha example la. Verum 1L profit mattum every year varthu na, instead of taking out the whole investment antha 1L profit mattum edthu edthu reinvest panna will it still work??
That will work but only provide partial the benefit. Let's consider a scenario: You initially purchased 1000 units of a Mutual Fund at a NAV of ₹100 per unit, resulting in a total investment of ₹1 lakh. As time passed, the NAV increased to 200 per unit, making your total investment value ₹2 lakhs, including a profit of 1 lakh ₹. Now, let's assume you decide to sell only 500 units: - Selling Price: 500 units * 200 = ₹1 lakh - Purchase Price: 500 units * 100 = ₹50,000 Your gains from this transaction would be 50,000 ₹. However, there's a catch. You're only utilizing the exemption limit for this 50,000 ₹ gain. To make full use of the tax exemption, you should sell your entire investment, which includes the 1 lakh ₹ profit.

Excellent brother. You have really explained almost all the important aspects crystal clear.🎉🎉
This tax harvesting method would work for individual stocks but it defeats the power of compounding for SIP
From a technical standpoint, tax harvesting has no impact on your investment's growth; why do you believe it influences the power of compounding?
@@finance.boosan compounding depends on the number of units you hold and how the NAV for those units are. So if you start selling the units, it can affect the compounding. It is not going to be so much but still has an effect.
