Just an idea mate all the best on the journey

Also 20-30 min mark is perfect. I was going to comment on your first video saying that the 60 minute was good but I lost concentration at times. Looking good now though, nice to see it pan out as a concise vlog:))
Some people really struggle with journalling. But as you found, it only takes 5/10m, and it really does allow your mind to process so much more than talking to a camera. I'd stick with it if I was you, it was journalling that allowed me to really consolidate my self improvement journey. I'd take it a step further and document all the activities you did on the day to act as a log to keep yourself accountable. Keep up with the good work bud!

Love the vids man Would personally focus on nutrition rather than anything else (season ur own food and try stick to whole foods) think it would be entertaining to see u cook the meals Love
Make sure you are doing some form ofba hammsr curl as at the moment you are only working your short and long head of your bicep. Including a hammer curl of some form- bei it a rope curl or dumbell- will target your brachialis. Keep it up tho my friend
Hammer curls are over hyped. Don't take my word for it though, Renaissance Periodization has a RUclips short on it called 'Hammer curls are a waste of time'. Worth a watch.
@goodday2139 ik israetel and he is saying about how they are worked in rows and pull ups in the video. This is true but you should still train the "braichs" bcs they can end up bring a limiting factor in your lifts-especially if not using straps, like jack. Worth training forearms at the end just so your forearm dont give in before your lats/traps
@@RowanWardle Yeah i just think in that case he should probably just use straps and then if he notices his forearms are undersized then do some direct training for them.
