This is literally exactly what I've been waiting for. I've been holding off on buying oceanology or fluid flux for ocean simulation, but this honestly looks even better than those and is cheaper. Awesome work dude.

They are the waves of the free epic games plugin, just look at the parameters

Hi! Is it possible to get more views of how the foam does render on a darker sand?

very cool! is it possible to make small bodies of water with this? such as lakes and planes for indoor areas?

Thanks! It is somewhat possible but currently would have limitations - in the asset you set the sea level for the ocean which determines it's height in the world, so you could indeed have lakes and planes indoors, but they would all be at the same "sea" level (there is an "unofficial" way around this to have lakes at multiple heights but it's not compatible with a few features). You can quite easily control where the ocean actually shows up however, so you can place down water to only be in certain areas to make lakes, pools etc.

Looks majestic! Buuut: Is it contain,or can i add distance field foam? Around any obstacles, rocks etc Any idea about the performance? Pc or any console can handle that?

All these ocean/water assets are too pricey. It doesn't take very long to massage the native water system to get the same setup, and you gain the benefit of being the commander of the ship (har har)... I'd imagine about as long as it would take to become familiar/comfortable with the paid asset.
Still, really awesome. Water eye candy is always fun!

Those parameters and waves are from the free epic games plugin (Water Plugin) isn't this a resale? At least you're using the waves of epic games

Will it work with a voxel world? Like, if someone teraforms a beach?

I can't confirm as I'm not familiar with any voxel plugins - one thing to consider is that ocean wave falloff towards the shore is based on a static heightmap texture captured in-editor, so the ocean wouldn't respond at runtime to any landscape changes (though it would only be noticeable with huge terraforming so it depends on your project).

This is an amazing asset but it will likely not do what you wish out of the box. You will need a fluid sim for a better fit. I use Voxel plugin with FluidNinja LIVE for real time water it works. You can intergrate likely the material / sim physics into this system though just not out of the box.

Oh yes this is true, if you mean like a full on water simulation with water flowing down into and filling up holes in the ground that's not what this is for - digging into the ground would just reveal the water plane underneath
