Crunchy Takoyaki - Street Food in Japan

- Takoyaki (たこ焼き or 蛸焼) a ball-shaped Japanese snack originating from Osaka - made of a wheat flour-based batter, filled with diced octopus (tako), tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger (beni shoga), and green onion (negi). Takoyaki balls are brushed with takoyaki sauce (similar to Worcestershire sauce) and mayonnaise, sprinkled with green laver (aonori) and shavings of dried bonito (katsuobushi).
If COVID wasn't around, I would totally go to Japan just for the food, it's a show for the eyes and the stomach.

They sell frozen ones in Japanese market in US. They aren’t as good as these but not bad.
Oh but it don’t come with sauce or mayo so you need to buy them separately.

Those are Takoyaki which are essentially Octopus filled dumplings. I believe Octopus is Haram.
