    Dr dixit Sir..i started my lifestyle on 24th Jan 2024.. in 8months my weight reduced by 21 kya.but since last 1.5 months it got stuck.i hardly could reduced 1.5 kg in last 1.5 months.. I daily walk around 5.5.kms.plsz reply and suggest

    Sir,
    Mera sawal ye hy ki, jaisa ki aap btate hy, ki khana 55 min ke bhitar khatam kare, nahi to second round ka insulin secretion honga...
    Ye jo 55 min ka cycle hy ye person to person vary karta hy ya sabhi ke liye hard n fast 55 min hi hota hy... ?

      This is an average! In any case you need 25 to 30 minutes for a meal so the variations don't matter.
