You're missing some very key elements in both your catch and pull. Watch some front crawl technique vids. After your catch, you need to glide your hand forward before pulling. This sheds the bubbles so you're pulling more water. You're bending at the elbow during the pull which significantly decreases the leverage. Very poor video.
