As a 15 year old who has grown up in the Bay Area and has been a A’s from day one, the coliseum was a home away from home. They should’ve added sounds from games from the raiders cause it was their home too
As a little girl growing up on the 1400 block of 66th Avenue, the Coliseum was my backyard. From my dad walking to the stadium with his seasonal tickets to the Raiders to he pulling me from my school to watch a play off game in 1972 with the A's. First time I saw that field and the bright colored uniforms, I was hooked. On my school's playground, I could hear the crowds cheering. I watched fireworks from the roof of my garage. Grew up in the bleachers babysitting a classmate's younger brother while their mom worked the stadium. Rode my bike to catch a game on the weekends and the bleachers I could afford from throwing the Oakland Post newspapers. Every boyfriend took me to at least one game. Worked standby on the ambulance in my twenties and still caught the best baseball played 1987-1991. Watching those same series with my next door neighbor of 20+ years and finding a new A's baseball fan at a law office in later years. Introducing my three sons to this wonderful sport and team. Second-son becoming my baseball buddy and me laughing as he "Raged" or "Bernie Leaned". Then his mama showing him I knew 2 Legit 2 Quit. Spending a last game with my second son and his two-year old son on Black Panther night. 15 years of never missing a home opener with a good pal. Playing hookie from work with that pal in 2012 when the A's clinched the AL West beating Texas. Watching Marcus Siemien at Cal and then with the A's. The last 8 seasons working seasonally as a box office ticket seller and realiziing we had some terrific fans with great stories. I just wished they showed up more often. From 1961-2015 my home was a 3-bedroom house on 66th Avenue. My second home was the Coliseum and the Oakland Athletics.
My first time to the Coliseum I was eight years old and it was April of 1968, NY vs Oak. Micky Mantle homered in the first and the A's walked it off in 11. My parents were from Philly and their first date was an A's game in 1948. My Mom's first time to Shibe Park was 1936, her all time favorite A's player was Wally Moses. My brother worked for the organization at the Coliseum in the mid 80's to mid 90's. By that time I had moved to Alaska, but I always made it down to the Coliseum for World Series and Grateful Dead New Years runs. I snuck into the 89 World Series by going through the front office with my brother, shaking Sandy Alderston's hand along the way.. I raised two A's fans in Alaska by being their LL & HS Baseball umpire/coach and taking them to a week of Spring Training games every March for a decade 96 to 06. I've watched damn near every A's game since streaming has been a thing, and before that we used to get the A's on TV sometimes on Sundays, the highlight being watching Dallas Braden's perfect game with my son or taking both my kids to the Bar to watch the 20 wins in a row. I took off work for Game 162. I made my last trip to the Coliseum in May, for the Texas series, finishing off with a Double Header sitting in Sec. 119 at the top of the A's tunnel. A's games, Raiders games,, Day On The Greens and then Warriors games, concerts and New Years Grateful Dead runs next store. I always hoped that the Coliseum would have become the Fenway of the cookie cutter era. Now all of that has to come to an end because of one man.
You caused me to cry tears of joy and of loss. My son became an A’s fan (he’s 13 now). He grew up loving Stephen Vogt and is a catcher for his current travel team. He started the “I Believe” chant at a game against the Red Sox while the A’s were losing. Vogt got on base. He then started “Let’s Go Oakland” and the chant began to spread across the Coliseum. Oakland rallied to take the lead. A Red Sox fan sitting behind us got my son’s attention and gave him a high five. He said Oakland rallied because of his cheering that the rest of the Coliseum followed. He walked out with gold and green beads and a signed ball from Kendall Graveman that day. The A’s made kids love baseball. The final story, and one that still warms my heart. My kids actually knew the umpires. They loved Jim Joyce. I was driving home from work listening to the start of the A’s-Orioles. Joyce was at first base that night which meant he’d be behind the plate for the next game. I called in sick and bought tickets behind home plate. The kids were so excited…..they made a poster board sign that said “We are here for Jim Joyce. Stri-EEEEEEEEK” They LOVED his strike call. They got a nod of acknowledgment from Joyce that night, and on the way home 95.7 post game gave them a nod as well. It was said every time you go to a ball game you see something you’ve never seen before, and tonight there were two kids with a sign cheering for the umpire. They both lit up in the back seat yelling “That was us!!!’” Thank you for the tribute to the coliseum Brodie.
This one touches deep. I've been a fan since 1968. All the players' names, all the calls, all the announcers (thank you for including Glen), all the drama, and the cheering fans, all the history. I was on the verge of tears for nearly 18 minutes. What makes this especially poignant is that footage of the Coliseum shows it empty. Like listening to echoes of greatness. People have called the Coliseum a dump, outdated, even an open sewer. To me, it was always home. And will always be home. It's heartbreaking. It feels like a heartless landlord has thrown me out of my home and onto the street for no good reason. And there is no way to rectify this. Nothing can replace the Oakland A's playing in the Oakland Coliseum. Thank you Brodie.
I've been a 49ers fan since I can remember, and while Candlestick was a dumpster towards the end, it was our dumpster. I feel the same way about the Coliseum, it was a dumpster towards the end but it was A's fans dumpster. As i've stated multiple times I'm a Cubs fan and I'm so happy that Wrigley will never be demolished (bar some type of disaster) and the Cubs will probably never leave her as well. I feel for the A's fans, Fisher did y'all dirty, MLB did Oakland fans dirty, and Manfred should be ashamed of himself. They should have forced Fisher to sell to someone who could have developed the team and got a new stadium built in the Oakland area. The A's needed to leave the Coliseum but they didn't need to leave the city of Oakland.
I was there for the 1st pitch in 1968 til’ the last out in 2024…..the memories, the radio calls, the friends i have made over the years in this beautiful ballpark…..thank you Brodie Brazil…im in tears
Before Mount Davis, the Coliseum was about as perfectly designed a football and baseball multi-purpose stadium as is possible. It's not an easy problem given how different the geometries of the two sports are, but choosing a circular shape which circumscribed both fields is a beautiful and elegant solution. The best way to improve the original design was to upgrade the portable bleachers so that they could be quickly installed for football during the baseball season (didn't have to use the awkward home plate to outfield configuration), but instead they put in that monstrosity in the outfield.
You made me cry Brodie. I've been going to The Last Dive Bar since my mom was pregnant with me in 1973. Billy Martin was the first signature I ever got. So many memories. I miss the view from behind home plate before Mt. Davis ruined it. I loved going to games with my dad and sitting in the bleachers eating a dog. Sneaking in a flask of Jack Daniels and only buying a soda. I remember many late extra inning games and Bart stopped running. I had to empty my wallet to get a cab back home to SF. Don't regret those nights for a nano second. And I so miss Bill King! Holy Toledo! ❤So many great memories and thank you for the video. Look forward to your next stage of your career. You are a gem my friend.
I only made it through the first 7 minutes and just had to stop.. This video is like going through the memories involving a now deceased best friend that i'd known since i was a little kid. I can barely even see what i'm typing right now from the tears in my eyes.
Thank you, Brodie. Excellent highlight choices, so many memories...so many 'family' members over the years. "We'll always have Oakland..." - Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca voice.
This one stings. My stomach drops knowing what great memories happened right there on that field. Oakland Coliseum is a very special place. Grew up a fan from San Jose..KICU days, channel 36 UHF. Glad I got to see the greats, Rickey Henderson & Dave Stewart were my favorite and always will be. Good Night Baseball ⚾😢
1:27 I was at this game. I am normally terrible at remember anything that happened when I was a kid, but this game I remember vividly. It's like a core memory from Inside Out. The game was either right before my birthday or right after, and my dad got us tickets for Game 4 of the 2012 ALDS against the Tigers. Second deck, down the right field line. The perfect place to watch Coco hit that walk off. They gave everyone rally towels when we came in to the stadium. I still have that towel stored in a safe place.
What can be said…thank you. I’m sure there are volumes of memories that you can put together, I’ll be waiting for parts 2,3,4 and 100 comes up quick and then 500 and doubling and tripling. That’s how it must feel to see the arc of beginning to end…I’m 54, Brodie. And your send off for “SMOKE” was one for the ages. U knocked it out of the park, pun intended. Thanks again. Your Oakland brother JA
Beautiful tribute to a team that deserved so much more. Great history and great fans. hopefully the “A’s” can block out all the drama surrounding their move and continue giving their fans what they deserve-great baseball.
Outstanding video. The nostalgia hit me like a truck listening to the clip of Dick Callahan. All of the recent calls brought me back to what it was like to be a kid watching this team and falling in love with the game of baseball. All time video right here, thank you for this.
I will never forget walking that field on little league days back in the late 90's funnily enough while we were walking that stadium my Dad tried to take a little bit of dirt and was immediately stopped by coliseum personnel lol. In a twist of fate I was able to Intern and work for the oakland raiders as a strength and conditioning Intern. I was able to walk that coliseum in its entirety! I remembered that memory as a little boy walking on that field and on top of that dirt. I love that place so much and Im sad to see an era come to an end in this manner. Oakland Athletics forever in our hearts and minds. Thank you, Brodie.
This was awesome Brodie. Thank You for this. Thank You for all you’ve done my man for the love of this team and your honest thoughts fighting for this fan base. You used some incredible calls in this video. The Fosse Scream will always be an all time call. I don’t think I’m ever going to get over this loss of this team but videos like this will help keep some of these memories alive. LETS GO OAKLAND!!!
Brodie, thank you for that touching tribute. Listening to those calls, I was transported back in time. And found myself tearing up. Losing the A's at the Coliseum definitely feels like I've lost an old and dear friend.
Awesome! Though the City of Oakland gets a lot of flak, the building of the Coliseum complex was one of the BEST decisions it ever made! The Coliseum put Oakland on the sports scene forever, and was the very BEST of the multi-purpose stadiums from that era, with its symmetrical design and beautiful view of the Oakland hills, and the arena, which gave Oakland the Warriors for almost 50 years. The only shame is the context that this tribute is taking place in. The Coliseum would have needed replacing regardless, but this tribute should be because the A’s are saying goodbye to move into their new digs on the waterfront at either Howard Terminal or where the useless Brooklyn Basin site is now (that would have been an amazing site for a ballpark that no one is talking about). This tribute should NOT be because the A’s are saying goodbye to Oakland. It just feels criminal. Thanks for the memories regardless. 😢
My favorite place in the World and I was there at the beginning. I haven't lived in the Bay Area for over 40 yers. But I could always come back to the Coliseum almost every night all Summer long thanks to those broadcasters and those calls.
I had actually never heard the call for when the A's won the West in 2013 because I was in the right field bleachers at the time. I bought a 20 game ticket package that year because it was my first year back home from the army. I drove in from Modesto to get to games. I'll never forget Josh Reddick coming out with a bottle of champagne to spray the fans in those right field bleachers. The view that hit the hardest was the Coliseum at night from the parking lot. I always loved walking up to that.
I'm a White Sox fan from the UK 🇬🇧.... This is a real 'tear jerker' Brodie .... Love watching all your videos ... I've been to 29 out of 30 MLB stadiums ... saw my one and only game in Oakland in 2004 ... A's 14 Reds 2 ... I think Ken Griffey Jn was playing for the Reds ... anyway I'm 'gutted' for all A's fans ... I can't imagine how bad everyone feels.
Thank you for the idea of doing this tribute and getting it done. This drone footage tribute will be watched over and over for years to come. Brodie, you are a treasure. Thank you so much for everything you have done for fans of Bay Area sports over the years. Hopefully somehow someway the coliseum site will have more sports memories in the future. And that you will be around to document them for us. I can't wait to see what you'll come up with next on youtube. Take care my friend.
Thank you, Brodie and QFSAviation. Happiness through the tears. What a magical place the Coliseum has been to so many. The voices calling the games, immaculate field, players, coaches, and mostly the best fans ever will always be my happy place. I left the Bay Area for Chico 30+ years ago, but Oakland has always had my heart.
Brodie, thank you for sharing this. I live in Los Angeles and I’ve only been to the Oakland Coliseum twice, once for a football game in the 80’s to see Dan Marino and the dolphins. I also saw an A’s game also in the 80’s. I was just fascinated with the huge acreage both the coliseum and the arena stood on. I liked how the coliseum field was built and designed below sea level. I’ve never been to the Oakland Arena. The city of Oakland, has a very loyal fan base
Thank you Brodie for the stride down memory lane. Being a kid during the heyday of the A’s was something I guess I took for granted. “You don't know what you got until it's gone” certainly applies here. Thank you past A’s players for the memories, as memories are all we have now. 😢😞
Amazing tribute. I am from St Louis and a Cardinals fan first... but I'll be damned if I wasn't an A's fan second. From afar, everything about this organization always seemed so much more special than the others. I had always wanted to see a baseball game in Oakland, and I drove out to California this past April to catch the Cardinals here before it was too late. It was my 16th MLB stadium and I am not exaggerating when I say it was by far the most memorable one I have visited. This is an awesome place with so much history, undeniably unique, gritty in the best way, and brimming with character just like the team that called it home for so long. I am halfway across the country and heartbroken about all this. I cannot fathom what the die-hard fans have gone and are going through. I will always cherish getting to visit this place.
Thank-you Brodie! This is Awesome ! Beautiful! So many memories. I am so sad knowing that I will never spend time at the coliseum again. It has been my second home. All this makes me cry💛💚. Let’s Go Oakland!!
Listening to "SELL THE TEAM" in .25x speed, it is kind of scary but impactful at the same time. If I was John Fisher/Dave Kaval this audio would haunt me for awhile.
This was such a great video. My eyes watered as I heard so many familiar voices. It sparked memories of being at the game, and watching from home. I live in Sacramento, huge fan base here, but we all agree that the A’s should remain in Oakland. Thank you Brody for all your years of commitment, memories you make resurface, and just the love of the green and gold.
Been a fan since the mid 70’s along with my brothers and will forever be. My sons/grandson loved going to the games representing with their Oakland A’s caps & tees. Grilling the dog & burgers while playing catch, man what beautiful days ! Manny Sanguillen, Dick Allen to Joe Rudi, Bando, Vida Blue, the Catfish, ECK, Campeneras to the BASH BROTHERS. The BATTLE of the BAY WORLD SERIES. 1989. Yes indeed we beat the SF GIANTS. Let’s go OAKLAND”
Beautifully done, Brodie. I know the correct word is tribute, but dang, it feels a bit more like a eulogy. Quintin Soloviev's footage was absolutely fantastic. Thank you both for this bit of closure for me.
Such a good video. This literally has me in tears. You're an amazing reporter Brody. We LOVE THE OAKLAND ATHLETICS! I would sound delusional hoping that the A's make it back to Oakland, and I'm just throwing in the towel for their next chapters. I've rode this rollercoaster of fandom for too long. At first on 4-19 / 4-20 of '23 I said I was done. I really had to go back and get in this sinking ship because I couldn't just let go of all my years of memories and fun times and great games .... Truly, this is the hardest hitting of all the teams that have left The Town 😢😢😢
Thank you for this brodie. Great tribute video to our green and good. All the memories created here are just those now, memories. We will all miss this place. LETS GO OAKLAND!!
As a Rangers fan, I should hate hearing "Hamilton drops the ball", but my goodness it wont be the same seeing the two teams not battle in the Coliseum.
As a life long A’s fan, it’s been rough to see them go to Sacramento, California. Brodie.. wishing you well on your next journey. LET’S GO A’s no matter where they end up.
I cried at least 15 different times. This is the greatest sports arena I'll ever watch an event in, ever. There are bunches out there which may be "better," but nothing tops this place. Thanks Brodie. Korach's call of Tejada's homer started the waterfall. Love ya Brodie! Thanks for representing us. OAKLAND FOREVER.
This is amazing! Don't even need the video, this is just a hell of a playlist of sounds. Hell of a tribute, thank you Brodie! I can use this as a lullaby, but chances are it would do the opposite and keep me awake
I am a Red Sox fan from Rhode Island. Though I am not an A’s fan, I sympathize with all of you. It’s simply not fair to us deserving fans to have a team with such a rich history and tradition be taken from them. My local team was the AAA PawSox, who moved away after COVID canceled the 2020 season. They say the Boston Red Sox are a New Englander’s birthright and the same can be said for the PawSox in Rhode Island. They were an institution and something our state took tremendous pride in. They were the first professional baseball game I ever attended I was seven and my dad brought me to McCoy Stadium every summer since. It was the most fun I’ve ever had at any baseball game. My middle school band director played the national anthem on his trumpet many times and even I have done it as a member of my high school marching band’s drumline twice. My brother came Don the field as a Boy Scout. I have even met former owner Ben Mondor once while running the bases after a game. He was a true gentleman with an enormous smile who had a great sense of community and fought hard to keep his team here. It’s a shame that Larry Lucchino, who brought the Red Sox World Series glory, could rip my PawSox away from me. We still have the collegiate Newport Gulls, who are very successful in winning NECBL titles, but it’s still not the same.
I lived in Concord from 1970-1986. Went to 100's of games at the Coliseum and a few Day On The Green concerts. Took BART from the Pleasant Hill Station to the games with my best friend John. This saddens me to no end.
All time favorite memory, running out of that playoff game, the Marco Scutaro game . As I was running to my car , I had to get to work ! Ricky Henderson was being driven in a golf cart , he game me big high five , felt like was a little kid again . Thanks Brodie !
I only went to the Coliseum once. ALDS 2003. Pedro was pitching for my Red Sox. I was in the middle tier behind home plate. Game wasn't a total sellout but close. My friend and I drove up from LA for, like, 5 hours during the day of the game just to be able to make it to the game for 1st pitch. We made it (and drove back to LA immediately following the final out...we were 24 and idiots...what do you want? lol) We were sitting next to an Oakland fan that yelled at each Oakland pitcher that night to "hit 'em in the face!". This went on for 3 hours. I wasn't amused per se, but I can't say that I wasn't. The Red Sox lost that game in extras. I'll never forget that night and each of those teams. That was a rough series for you Oakland people, but I was happy I was able to go. It was my first and only postseason game for quite some time until my wife and i made it to Fenway to see Game 1 of the 2018 World Series. This video is incredible and I just don't know what you guys are going to do with your fandom in 2025 and beyond. It's not as easy as doing a quick transfer. It doesn't work like that and for Manfred to allude to all of you becoming Giants fans because, "eh...you know...close enough, right?" is disgusting on his part, demonstrating that he's not really a fan of the game, only a fan of the money it makes. RIP Oakland A's. I have great memories of that park and great but unfavorable memories of those A's teams from the late 80s and into the early 00s. They just had the Red Sox AND Giants number, two teams I was really pulling for as as kid. What a mess this whole thing is. Fantastic video, though, Brodie.
This was an outstanding presentation. In my humble opinion, one your best. In fact, it’s my firm belief that you should incorporate this into your documentary, unless you already have. I moved to Mount Shasta a little over a decade ago, and I adopted the A’s as my Nor Cal team. Since then, you have become my “Mr. Oakland A’s “ , my Everyman view of the A’s. I know that there are others that deserve that title, you are that for me. Thanks for including Vin in the presentation. He doesn’t belong to the Dodgers, he belongs to Baseball.
Great video Brodie. Thank you for all you have done on covering the A’s all these years. The memories that these team has brought to my life will be forever be embedded in me. The wound I have in my heart will heal but never close completely.
From a fan from another team(MinnesotaTwins): watching my team play in Oakland was always different. The noise was different, the drums in right field and the expansive foul territory made it intimidating for opposing teams and a fortress for Oakland. It wasnt pretty but a playoff coliseum was pound for pound it was the best outdoor home field advantage in baseball. I know this because one of my first baseball memories at 9 years old was Marco Scutaros double to send the best twins team since 1991 and playing for the memory of our franchise's figurehead in Kirby Puckett(who had died in March) home for the winter. The roar of the crowd and the towels waving told me we had failed. No doubt the A's needed a new stadium but nobody in baseball wanted it to be like this.
Perhaps a part 2 with loop drone footage. And longer game moments and interviews that go on for hours. There will be wistful days where I will watch this and video and not want it to end. Thanks to whoever shot the drone footage and for the music production. Maybe a longer video could have upbeat music. The first thing I did after coming home from the last game is look ebay for any coliseum photos. This drone footage is priceless to a fan. I used to take the bus from my Dublin school in the summers of 1969-70 to the coliseum for a dollar. Round trip. I remember the outfield cannons going off in the outfield after an A's win So many memories. Thanks again.
Well done, Brodie. It's complete and total horsecrap that the Athletics have to leave Oakland...they did build an amazing legacy in the Bay Area, and they don't deserve to lose this team. I live in Southern California, and I still feel some sadness that they're planning on moving eventually to Las Vegas. Hopefully there's a SF Giants-type of miracle that a local ownership buys the team and keeps the team right where it belongs...I remember as a kid when the Giants almost moved to Saint Petersburg until Peter Magowan and his group saved them from leaving the Bay Area. To keep it clean, John Fisher is a crumbum to say the least.
66 miles north and always a smile on my face as it came into view. The Coliseum is gorgeous. It takes command, holds the game and guides the fans. I love baseball, the Oakland A's and loath Fisher. Business my ass. He has ruined my team for personal gain. Fraud
Long before there were drummers fans sat on metal outfield bleachers set on metal walkways, and pounded their feet to get a rally going. Sounded like a jet going overhead.

I'll remember the Oakland A's of old.
This was our Disneyland. For a kid growing up in Oakland, it was the happiest place on earth
Didn't grow up in Oaktown but 1hr 15 min away and I absolutely agree. Loved being at the coliseum since the late 60's.
As a 15 year old who has grown up in the Bay Area and has been a A’s from day one, the coliseum was a home away from home. They should’ve added sounds from games from the raiders cause it was their home too

A's games, Raiders games,, Day On The Greens and then Warriors games, concerts and New Years Grateful Dead runs next store. I always hoped that the Coliseum would have become the Fenway of the cookie cutter era. Now all of that has to come to an end because of one man.
Thank you for sharing God bless you❤
fourthgirl...wow, you are Oakland A's history as much as the A's themselves. Incredible story. Incredible life. Thank you!
Stri-EEEEEEEEK”
They LOVED his strike call.
They got a nod of acknowledgment from Joyce that night, and on the way home 95.7 post game gave them a nod as well. It was said every time you go to a ball game you see something you’ve never seen before, and tonight there were two kids with a sign cheering for the umpire. They both lit up in the back seat yelling “That was us!!!’”
Thank you for the tribute to the coliseum Brodie.
This is one of those videos you just need to watch by yourself while having a beer.
Absolutely Beautiful!! I've been a fan and watched from Australia for over 36 years, love the memories!! Let's Go Oakland
My home away from home for the past 40 years
I was there for the 1st pitch in 1968 til’ the last out in 2024…..the memories, the radio calls, the friends i have made over the years in this beautiful ballpark…..thank you Brodie Brazil…im in tears
Thank you @BrodieBrazil. I could not have gotten through this without you. I will never forget how much you have done for us Oakland A’s fans. 🙏🏻❤️
StAy 💛 in 💚 OAKLAND!!!
Thank you, Brodie! So many great moments.
Beautiful tribute to a team that deserved so much more. Great history and great fans. hopefully the “A’s” can block out all the drama surrounding their move and continue giving their fans what they deserve-great baseball.
Thanks for this video Mr Brazil. I was almost born in that stadium and I've been going for years. So many memories inside those concrete walls. 😢
Outstanding video. What a great ride. I'll always cherish the fond memories at the Oakland Coliseum. 💚💛,🤍🖤,💛💙
Just to listen to the audio gives me goosebumps thanks Brodie
Beautiful, has me in tears. Thank you, Brody
57 years of memories
My favorite place in the World and I was there at the beginning. I haven't lived in the Bay Area for over 40 yers. But I could always come back to the Coliseum almost every night all Summer long thanks to those broadcasters and those calls.
The Oaklank Coli is my Holy Cathatral.....
As a certified drone pilot, I appreciate this video! Thank you! :)
I'm glad we have a chance to make some more memories at The Coliseum with the Roots next year. Thanks for putting this together, it's gorgeous!
Agree. Nothing will be the same but at least it still gets to live on.
As A Milwaukee guy, I love the A's, and the Coliseum. That team, and stadium will be truly missed.
And just like that. It's gone forever. Unbelievable 😭
😢
thank you for this brodie.
thank you for being a member and getting an early peek
I'm a White Sox fan from the UK 🇬🇧.... This is a real 'tear jerker' Brodie .... Love watching all your videos ... I've been to 29 out of 30 MLB stadiums ... saw my one and only game in Oakland in 2004 ... A's 14 Reds 2 ... I think Ken Griffey Jn was playing for the Reds ... anyway I'm 'gutted' for all A's fans ... I can't imagine how bad everyone feels.
Beautifully done, Brodie. Thankyou for what you’ve done over the years. We grew up together, and we’re all family now.
This hits right square in the feels. Thank you Brodie. This was absolutely beautiful.
I’ll never forget the drummers playing in the bleachers and unforgettable chants from the fans: “T-Long”.. “I believe in Stephen Vogt” ❤
Great tribute Brodie. I almost made it to the end without tearing up. But the sell the team chant got to me.
Beautiful Mr. Brazil. I think I'll watch this every opening day now.
Thank you Brodie ! Hearing the voices of my childhood. Just beautiful !
great tribute, brodie. this will go in the archives for the memories
This is beautiful Brodie! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 💔
The sound and voices are never going to be forgotten.... I remember the first time going to the stadium and the last game at the stadium (9-26-2024)😢
Thanks for the kind words!
Wow - this is superb 😢 brilliantly done…I can’t believe how many of my life memories were made here
I cried at least 15 different times.
Thank you Brodie for everything, we appreciate everything you’ve done.. Let’s go Oakland
This is amazing! Don't even need the video, this is just a hell of a playlist of sounds. Hell of a tribute, thank you Brodie! I can use this as a lullaby, but chances are it would do the opposite and keep me awake
Lon Simmons " You can tell it goodbye." Very sad loss.
Thank you for posting this. I'm just crying. So beautiful 💚⚾💛
Thank you so much for this. This is home. I'm going to miss the get togethers and tailgating. I would love to rewatch this in 70mm 💚💛
I lived in Concord from 1970-1986. Went to 100's of games at the Coliseum and a few Day On The Green concerts. Took BART from the Pleasant Hill Station to the games with my best friend John. This saddens me to no end.
This hit soo hard, I can't stop crying...what am I gonna do?
All time favorite memory, running out of that playoff game, the Marco Scutaro game . As I was running to my car , I had to get to work ! Ricky Henderson was being driven in a golf cart , he game me big high five , felt like was a little kid again . Thanks Brodie !
This was really cool how this video shows angles most people will never see. Thanks, Brodie.
We made it (and drove back to LA immediately following the final out...we were 24 and idiots...what do you want? lol)
We were sitting next to an Oakland fan that yelled at each Oakland pitcher that night to "hit 'em in the face!".
Thank you Brodie!
I’ll never take my teams for granted.
💛💚 this is excellent!!
Great video man! Will definitely rewatch when I feel like “walking around the Coliseum” one more time.
Awesome video brodi thanks for all you do!!
I was that same age in 1964 , The Twins first franchise figurehead was Harmon Killebrew
Outstanding video. Good job Brodie!
Brodie making me cry for the 100th time
Perhaps a part 2 with loop drone footage.
Round trip.
I remember the outfield cannons going off in the outfield after an A's win
So many memories. Thanks again.
"If the walls could talk" .... WOW so well done Brodie, thanks!
Beautiful
😢😢😢😢😢😢
Thank you Brodie for doing this. So many great memories.
Fraud
The fade to silence atttt the end......
Yooooo 15:33-15:50 was from my video from the Reverse Boycott! So cool. Beautiful video as well. Oakland A's Forever.

Thank you🥹
Done Very Well Brodie❤️👍🏻⚾️😪
Would have been great having Monte Moore and Lon Simmons calls….
Thank you, Brodie
Long before there were drummers fans sat on metal outfield bleachers set on metal walkways, and pounded their feet to get a rally going. Sounded like a jet going overhead.
Somebody got a new toy! Great clips and awesome music in the background,
