- The wedding took place in the Beverly neighborhood in Chicago, IL in 2015. Doug Martsch happens to be the bride's uncle so he used one of my friend's guitar to play this beautiful and touching acoustic rendition of The Weather.
I might actually get married if Doug would play at my wedding :)

Is there another recording of this somewhere? I vaguely remember seeing the same scene shot from a different angle, which captured the bride's reaction (a wonderful moment) as well as a better view of those arpeggios and chord changes.

You're right about the chord, but I don't think he added any notes to that one in particular. His hands stay pretty stationary and none of them out of line of an Em triad.
