damn need a lot of commitment, skill and experience and effort to built this... this is not a build, this is a human sacrifices to summon something out of this world, what blessing for my eyes to see.
Nice job, binge watched several vids. You may already know this but that silver blue is pretty hard to paint . You may disagree but the clear has nothing to do with the stripes in the base , last coat do a “drop coat” pull the gun back about 10-12” and let the lightly fall onto the panel. You did an excellent job, I was feeling your pain having to repaint that. I use spi epoxy as well and like it , have never tried the clear however the clear will either be perfect or get dry spray or runs but won’t stripe.
Thanks for watching. I think the problem was amateur rookie technique and average gun. Ive since upgraded to orange cap iwata lph400 for basecoat...i wouldn't use their clear anymore. But their epoxies ill use for as long as they are in business. Stay tuned for my 61. Should get it on rotisserie this weekend
I know it’s been a while since you done this video bro but it looks very nice ,just one question about the firewall did you guys cover up the holes where the heater core is located cause it’s looks clean or what did you guys do ?
Yes. Shave heater. On this car he went with vintage air and heat. But I always delete heater because like today. It's Jan 1 and it's 85 degrees here in southeast texas
@@lonestarlows hey bro thank you very much for the quick reply much appreciated it really helps cause I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do to mine I’m restoring a 63 impala and the firewall is in bad shape so I wanted to shave it but wasn’t sure, thank you for the help now I’m sure what I want to do,
Sick ass impala g
Thanks for watching
Man you have inspired the shit out of me. I only wish I had the time, space, and skills to do this stuff myself.
The space doesnt come overnight. I moved out of the city just so i can do this stuff. You can too. Anything possible.
If I could give you a thousand likes I would. I appreciate your time making videos showing luv for the Chevy world 👍🏾

Did u shorten the rear end to fit skirts bro?
@@HectorPerez-yp2mi yes to run skirts with x7 wheels your rear end needs to be 58 inches from wheel mount suface to wheel mount surface.

lonestar lows will do
Hopefully you guys didn’t bend the cylinders by pulling on them that way
That was a dumb ass way i thought it was wrapped on the motor some newbies strap down
Nah. Not gonna bend the cylinders they arent extended.
lonestar lows car came out nice 👍🏽..
@@ericv4152 thanks bud
All good brother 👍
Are the front cylinders sleeved?
Yes
Did he shorten the rear??? If so how much
Stock rears are 60 inch. The typical lowrider narrows to 58 inch
She is beautiful, what shade/color red is that?
Its the red that comes on the new camaros and silverados. I think gm calls it torrid red or torch red.
You guys know where I can get replacement crome trim for the door, quarter glass?
