Love the style of this property, it's a Modern Contemporary Country Style, small but very functional that every family needs is there. At the back If i bought this property i would build an upper deck with jacuzzi and lounge chairs to enjoy the view and below an outside dining area with grill and of course a bit of modification for service/laundry area. Very nice presentation video and a reasonable price for 14M with a house and farm 300-400 sq m.
The house looks so small and cute from the outside view ,yet very well comfort and it shows how big was in the inside, enough for that furniture and open spaces.The location and place was too cool,the ambiance is very fresh and clean feels like i live in state with no worries about the gate to secure my backyard.👍👍.. Need more residence so that i feel im not alone bcoz as i see its only 4 houses nearby and the place was abit ... far ,Kind of hills somewhere out there in that area ... All in all it was the best view.
