Hey brother, just wanted to congratulate you for having a preset on the 8 Neural staff picks list! Totally deserve it though, I half expected to see your name in there twice, you’ve been knocking these out of the park! 🤘
I've been trying to recreate the sound of the guitar on MJ's Rock with You and couldn't find how to delay one of splits. This helped, but because I use a bit of modulation the sound moved around when I tried the pitch shift so I ended up just using phase on the mix node
Fantastic thank you! I have a request, how can we create a stereo width control? I'd like my reverbs to be a bit narrower, but not 100% mono. I tried dual simply delays but had some horrible mono compatibility issues.
Some stereo effects have a width setting, but i don't think any of the reverbs do. I guess you could run a split after the reverb (set the stereo setting to 'split') and then in the mixer put the Pan A and Pan B at lead than full left and right. Might need to have something in the parallel path to make it work like a gain block.
Only difference I can tell with headphones at the sub 1 level is the sound almost acts compressed, like colliding frequencies are actually canceling out which could be useful

Hadn't even seen that! Thanks for saying something.

Glad it helped.

@davlavmusic7070 thanks mate. I'll try that this weekend! Your channel is my goto for QC help. Keep up the good work please 👌

What happens if you have two different delays? One very subtle, the other longer with a 60% 70% mix so the trail kicks in at a higher volume.
I'm not sure I get what you're describing. Can you put in a preset and share to the cloud?
haha I see you care about your followers :) thanks mate, this is a very useful one 🤘
Well, I figure if people ask there's probably more out there with the same question. Besides - I'm thankful for the ideas for video topics!
