- This is the best source of information for Hyatt Ziva & Zilara resorts (Cap Cana, Rose Hall, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos). In the FaceBook Groups titled the resort name and "fans", you'll find tons of answers to all your questions - "what's the weather like?"..."how the seaweed?"..."which restaurant has steak on the menu?".
Each resort has thousands of members and there's almost always at least one Fan Page member at the resort, so they can give you a quick update or answer to your question, based on how things are TODAY.

Hi I am planning a trip to Hyatt Zilara Cancun this summer with my best friend and wasnโt sure about the night time activities or covid curfews. Trying to find a resort for adults thats both clean and slightly lux but also fun with activities and open late night bars
I have a meeting with my sales rep tomorrow so I will reconfirm curfew etc and get back to you.
Hi. So Iโm thinking about take the family to the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. I have a 7 and a 5 year old. Is this property good for kids? Is it safe? Would you think it would be safe to do a outside the hotel activity such as Xcaret? Thanks in advance
Hi John. I think the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a fabulous resort. The kids will love the candy bar, the ocean is calm enough for them to safely play in, and they have a kids club too. I have stayed there many times and felt very safe. Xcaret or Xel-Ha would be great for the kids - just be sure to book the tour through one of the suppliers at the resort or ahead of time. Youโll want to ensure that transportation is included and although the evening show is supposed to be amazing, it might be a bit too much for the kids to take in. Rather stick to a day tour of the park then head back. Thanks for watching!

Well the best one Iโve experienced here is Hyatt Zilara. I liked Hard Rock too - just was an extremely large resort. Breathless wasnโt my cup of tea but they had lovely pool areas, fun daily activities and really great staff. My first return trip will be to Hyatt though! Thanks for watching!
Is Hyatt Zilara better than Ziva? Which has the best food and most entertainment?
It depends on the resort but if itโs a co-located one like Jamaica or Punta Cana, you have access to both as an adult so it really doesnโt matter where you stay. Are you deciding between some specific resorts?
@@ChristineTurner yes I am considering Hyatt Ziva but I heard the food was not that good. I am also trying to find a hotel in Jamaica with good food and nightly entertainment.
@@unique2beauty909 I thought the food at Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Rose Hall in Jamaica was exceptional. They have a jerk shack on the beach where you can get pork, chicken and spicy vegetables. They have a brick pizza oven with jerk pizza for lunch and in the morning, they cook fresh croissants in it - plain, with cheese, or with ham & cheese. The options on the Zilara side were a bit better, with fresh Jamaican patties and delicious fresh (not frozen) burgers, great sandwiches, an authentic Caribbean restaurant on the beach, and one restaurant had lobster mac & cheese. Can't go wrong with those options! Good disco dancing there too!

@@ChristineTurner We went in December of 2020- very nervous during COVID, but it was simply amazing. Been to several of the other Zilara/Ziva properties and this one was amazing! We are returning in June ๐
Ok so just recently. Their Covid protocols are so good at the resort, it's hard to not feel reassured once you get there. Glad to hear you're going back - enjoy!
