Hello I did the same to my E350 4Matic W212 but went an extra mile and removed the secondary cats and resonator too. It does sound like a beast under 4000rmp but over 4000rmp the noise becomes just too much and it’s all over the place, so I am planning to put the resonator back. Also I noticed that the car increases gas consumption slightly. So I wanted to ask u do u lose back pressure or did it increase fuel consumption for u? I might just keep the straight pipe then with the resonator on, in that case.
Not an e class owner myself, but many friends of mine who straight pipe their BMW's, Mustangs, Audi's, and hondas all face this issue. The only way to get around this is a complete remap of the ECU. You won't get better fuel consumption, but you'll regain your power delivery.
Yeah there is drone! Haha I have mine with muffler and resonator delete I enjoyed a lot for the the first months but starting to miss not having drone. Might just add borla pro xs muffler and keep it with the x-pipe
@@abrang5680 Did you drive the car at all with only the muffler delete? I can imagine the drone with both is bad but I have no desire to delete both. I'm looking specifically for an answer on muffler delete only.
@@joshc7816 yeah I did theres still drone but it's a lot more noticeable with the resonator delete but acceleration at higher rpms is nice👌🏼 that and the tone of down shifting. Little popping sound. Haha but.... at last I'm might add the borla exhaust to reduce the drone but keep the v6 growl
The Mercedes dealership is a rip-off on service costs. What I do is take it in for service A and B, if there's something wrong, they'll tell me, then I go on RUclips and watch DIY videos and fix/replace things myself. Saved me thousands of $. But the quality is outstanding overall
He is deleting a muffler which only deals with sound. Personally if I was doing anything exhaust on these I would do the entire pipe to reduce exhaust leak potential after years down the road. Also I would keep resonators on to reduce annoying drone that people overlook.
@@MovieTrailerTeam To be honest, it slightly reduced the mpg believe it or not. I actually had to go very easy on the gas pedal to get the same mpg as I did before the removal
Im thinking about getting a E350 Sport, damn they sound so good
Ricardo Tejada me too! Luxurious car with a badass sound and 306 hp! I found some here in Europe at about 20.000€
i own one and it is safe to say it is a fucking luxurious monsterr😍
theres nothing like the stance of the E class....bad ass
Крутая тачка, рад за тебя!))
Do you have shots from inside? I'd like to hear the amount of drone with normal driving.
Sounds awesome! Is there any drone in the car while driving?
Yes, especially when on the highway. Put the mufflers back on after a year. Couldn't take it anymore
@@bucksg Drone in the car what does that mean? Thanks
King Fotis like a loud vibrating sound when you drive
Where did you get your grille? I’ve been looking for a star emblem grille for my e350 since forever and I can’t find one that fits
Mine came with AMG trim kit
Do you still have the 3M wrap on the car? How long did the wrap last ?
Where can i buy those oem wheels. Looks gorgeous

Can I hear it ?
My boy wants to do a muffler delete on his e400 coupe. Hopefully he'll achieve this sound.
Probably not as the turbo'd cars don't sound as nice as NA. Put the vid up though would be good to hear
I love this
Any check engine lights? Passes emissions?
No dashboard lights. Passes emissions
Hi, any link for buy? What price for parts & work? Thx
Its almost got a gtr tone to it
Thinking of doing this to mine or should i go custom?
Is this a a diesel or petrol
Do you notice much difference in the cabin? Did it introduce any drone? I have a 2010 e350 and I’m thinking of doing the same thing to mine.
Josh C same here, wanna do it and let me know how it is?

Would my 2016 E250 diesel sound good with muffler/rez delete ?
Not a single chance to sound as the cgi versions buddy
No

This or a cobra might be my first car
Two different cars on the spectrum. Cobra's are such Gems in their own right though.
What size and kind of pipe
Like a GTR R35
Will it pass emissions?
No dashboard lights. Passes emissions

powergolem89 its stock for that year
Sport package diffuser and bumper. You probably have the luxury package
Yes, it's a stock Sport package. Nothing was modified
Did you upgrade the injection system?
I mean did you reprogram the computer...
@@MovieTrailerTeam No re-programming was done
theofficial2012 is there any difference in mpg or anything else you saw other than sound

I want to do IT with a cut off of valve so I can shut it off when ever I want
Did you delete the resonator as well?
Vaggo G it sounds like it, it sounds almost broke
Only the mufflers were removed. In person it sounds much smoother and more pleasant

Hahaha fake exhaust exit
Lot of brands do this
If by “fake exhaust exit” you mean tail pipe tips, then yes, 97% or more of all vehicles made have that
Would a muffler delete sound good on my 2016 E250 bluetec ??
Would sound something like this i think ruclips.net/video/g5FOEOaGqQY/видео.html
