TBF, Genocidepants not so subtly hints that he's chill with everyone being dead since he hates his job / boss just as much as someone who gets tormented by customers and boss alike on a daily basis might. It's one of the neater things about this game, that while the Pacifist option is the preferred one, there are proponents of the 'it's just a game, go for '100% completion'' such as Flowey and Burgerpants.

RandomWriter I think he knows what's up and doesn't care, either believing he's safe (unkillable character because game won't let you kill him) or he's just so sick and tired of working fast food to the point where he doesn't care if his escape is through death. That's just a theory, so take it with a grain of salt. Personally I know the feeling of working in fast food. It's not fun, but it's a job that pays the bills.
If you get the chance, do TRUE ENDING PANTS, and complete the saga of Burgerpants! Seriously though. I hope you make a portfolio, get hired, and voice act everything forever. If that's something you're interested in, that is.
