The snippet is lazy loading the scripts that belong to apps that get injected in the async function in the head of the store. From my testing it did not affect any of the tracking pixels as they are either added manually to the theme or injected using their native integrations so the short answer is no. If you find such an occurrence I would be interested to see what the context is. Thanks!
Make sure you follow the guide. The content for header should not be doubled, it should be commented out. Also, check the integrations in your customize dashboard and only keep on the ones you absolutely need.

Hi! It depends on your theme and context for sure. You should make sure you follow the guide and that you allow some time after the code was added before testing again with google. After adding the code you should wait 2 - 3 minutes before running the google test again.
Content for header is mandatory in every theme, without it the theme won’t work. You need to look for a snippet rendered in the header or a section that might contain the content for header tag. Code will this negatively affect tracking pixels like Triple Whale/Meta/Google?
