Tapo cameras from amazon are pretty good and cheap and the C310's that i have have really good night vision as well, records to an sd card that you can play back, and check it on your phone when your away from the house. both mine are connected via ethernet but can be wifi. However they do need power which these dont i dont wait 20 seconds its almost instant to get a picture. So sorry about the car though, hope you either get it back or the insurance settles quickly
