I tried already . Enjoyed quite a bit in Atlanta. Not only did I not get sick I didn’t have to go to the hospital and I craved more. This is a delicacy, and it has the same flavor of ribeye steak because the third part of the stomach, which is this part, the small intestine & 4th the large intestines are near the ribs. Bile is a common ingredient around the world, and so are intestines, so its basically just grass, bile, and intestinal meat. Plus they add spices. Any other animal it might be more gross....I'm sure it would not be to my taste but I have no judgement against their culture. They use every part of the animal and seem to have a very simple natural life. MOST cultures clean the intestines and fill them with other things, but I guess they just skipped that step altogether.
