If you are 100 percent free to play the gems you should priotitize are Berserkers eye,Everlasting Torment, Blessed Pebble ,Power and Command,Mothers Lament,Pain Clasp,Vipers Bite and Ignious scorn . This is after the December 2023 Update . And these gems will work with any class and any build without the worry of how to level those 5 stars amd you can still be effective in pvp ..And before I get any hate I excluded fervent fang purposely . At the beginning I did say 100 percent free to play and fervent fang isnt viable unless you are buying the $15 Battle pass and the Boon of plenty. Wich puts you in low spender catagory ..
Thanks so much for this, I see every guide mention Fervent Fang and I look at it and I'm not sure I'll ever get one. I don't play enough to complete the entire pass, I'm just looking for something generic that will just work with everything

Fervant Fang,grim rythm,blessed pebble,and ignious scorn . If you purchase the $5 battle pass these are the best gems to use for people who frequently change classes .

@@deadred80 Thanks a bunch, I'm writing all this down. I did randomly get a 3/5 seeping bile, would you recommend using that or not because I won't be able to upgrade it too far?

as a 2300 res monk i use rank 4 seeping bile, rank 4 blood soaked jade then have pain clasp, mothers lament, fervent fang, power & command, berserkers eye and ca'arsen's invigoration all at rank 10.
the awakening on 6 pieces of gear helps so much. i dont really do pvp but in pve my dps is one of the best in my clan and we have some big spenders. sure i wont match whales but ive focused on one class and one build since launch and i know people have spent twice as much who cant match my dps
ive finely tuned them with my gear, set gear and skills to maximise my dps. with the new test dummies i actually learned that cyclone strike gives me a little more damage than seven sided strike too. i change things slightly but mainly focus on the core build i have

@@MiseryHatesCompany skills are mystic strike, exploding palm, cyclone strike and inner sanctuary.
essences are empathys blessing, balance in moderation, feline defiance, branding bond, unyealding doctrine, twitching palm, order without sin, respires sigh.
i also use 2 banquet and 4 gloomguides as set items.
its all based around primary attack damage and high crit chace

Is it better to use the recommended builds, or some other builds? Also, should I be creating new characters on the same server, or separate ones?

Great video. Seeping Bile?? Does that have a place anywhere? I lucked out and got a 2 star as a drop. I only purchase the $5 battle pass every month so pretty close to F2p.
Definitely an honorable mention, that BSJ and Bottled Hope are the better 5 stars if you can get them
Seeping bile is great,esp if you have other dot effects,(burns, everlasting torment,etc)and banquet of eyes set.

I’ve switched to your top 8 with the exception of BSJ since I don’t have the Telluric pearls for it yet. Keep up the good work though. Great content as always.
For crusaders, LOW spender, if you have banner would that mean that you wouldn’t use Mother’s lament gem? Also, bc of banner would recommend everlasting torment over berserker? So far my gem set up is the following: Pain Casp, battle guard, abiding curse, kir sling, everlasting torment, blessed pebble, frozen heart, and Phoenix ash. Any advice?
Read Holy Banners Description. Its not 100%crit rate dmg so More crit the better.

Mother's Lament is a buff so it is highly recommended for beneficial effect builds...and holy banner reduces crit dmg to 135% but converts excess crit chance into crit dmg upto 200% so definitely recommend Mother's Lament
Abiding curse and kir sling better than everlasting torment,blessed pebble and caarsens???! Caarsens is easy to max and at max its 16% atk speed.if the dummies are showing us anything,its that for most classes primary attack is usually the biggest single contributor to overall damage.
Why is hunger so slept on. I love that gem on any melee and it's only a 2 star
Seleds Weakening. Gives around 16% damage for 60secs after killing a blue or elite mob which you will highly likely encounter regularly

Wish Diablo 4 would have been as fun, no point to alliances or having towns were you see others because no one really uses the social aspects

Lightning core no,bloody reach no .. lightning core isn't that impressive and bloody reach is conditional just like cut throats grin .

Lightning core betterv than Kir Sling... I mean have you ever even used it. Kir Sling procs roughly 648% more often than Lightning core, plus Lightning core has to be charged up to use and takes more than 20 seconds to charge. That means it goes off MAYBE twice per dungeon or once per elder rift. Sorry but mathematically in my book thats trash.

Fervant Fang is no good for necro. Summons are not affected by it. Blizzard doesn't make that known. So it's not very good for necros.

Can u please suggest me for demon hunter leq gem for full f2p player.....is that good 1 5*gem and 4 2* gem and 3 1*gem...is that good or 5 2* gem and 2 1* gem or 6 2* gem and 1 1* gem which combination is good for full f2p player .......sorry for my broken English I hope u understand what am tryin to say😀
If you are f2p, go full rank 10 1* gem, awaken all, u will be unstoppable at ur reso. Go for full damage gems will be the best choice.
@@fredysugianto6357 I have 3 5* gem blood soak jade,concentrated will,blessing of the worthy all level2,but it's hard to upgrade 5*gem for f2p,is that worth to change 1 or 2 * gem...
@@JerrySailo my char is 3k reso, my main is necro, 2nd dh, I dont use any defensive/pvp gems. All my reforge stone are using damage stones. I did many testing, the best is still using damage gems and awaken. Latest and upcoming update, they are tuning BG match again so maybe more balance according to our reso bucket. On top of that they are adding 30% more damage reduction on top what we have already in the system. I am assuming 95% we spend time doing pve content? So any defensive/pvp gems are not worth the investment. If you are really f2p, I suggest focus 1* to rank 10 and awaken. You will still outdamage player with 1k or 2k above you if they are not having full damage gems for pve content.
@@JerrySailo for 1 slot awaken, you will get 10% increase damage for that skill, or 10% reduced cooldown, 8 slots eq mean 4 slots with 10% increase dmg skill and 4 slots with 10% reduce cooldown skill. Yes I think it is worth it. My suggestion DH for 1* carseen, berseker eye, everlasting torment, seled, chained death, blessed peeble, pain of sub. Carseen,BE and Everlasting are top priorities. Dont worry about having not enough Combat rating, you will get there inferno 3 just slower than other player with high reso.
