Would it be ok if I use the niacinamide and vitamin c in one day if each were separated in an am or pm routine? If so which would be best in the am or pm routine.
I went to their website & they have an option where you can send them pictures of your skin & tell them your concerns they’ll have a specialist develop both a morning and night routine for you using their products. I opted to only purchase the glycolic acid and niacinamide. been using for exactly two weeks now going to give it a full 30 days to see if it improves my skin. Looking to try their peeling solution next. Thanks for sharing your experience!
BTW, if anybody is using retinol and niacinamide and experiencing irritation with retinol, you can use the niacinamide first as its water based and it creates a buffer between your skin and the retinol- niacinamide has great anti-inflammatory properties and is very calming for the skin while also helping to even out skin tone so can counteract the irritating effects of retinol. I sometimes find the niacinamide can cause the retinol to feel like its peeling so I add a bit of hyaluronic acid to the niacinamide and apply that first then go in with the retinol, follow with a moisturiser and have no issues. Hyaluronic acid too will definitely help with those who experience irritation using retinol as it can compact some the dryness retinol can cause.
I thoroughly enjoy your skincare content because you do your research before hand vs just putting out information. Keep up the great work. Whenever I use an exfoliatant especially the peeling solution the rest of my routine consist of nothing but hydration after that. I love a good l-ascorbic acid and retinol since I'm clearing up my hyperpigmentation and am over 30.
Great video. On mixing niacinamide and vit c, like you said the studies were a lot older (in the 60's), flawed in the way the tests were conducted and apparently tested under conditions not normal done on skin eg using high heat etc. The real truth on flushing is that it can happen due to niacin potentially produced but the levels, if any are so small and may or may not be produced over a very long time period- in other words it's highly unlikely under "normal" skincare conditions so most people are fine. If anything, people with extremely sensitive skin may want to avoid it but for most people its actually a great option to mix the two because you get the best of both worlds. Niacinamide is a robust supplements that goes really well with most products so if anything the sensitivity could also be due to the l'ascorbic which is known to cause irritation for some people. Deceim actually answered this question on mixing the two on a thread on Instagram and explained that it's actually not a problem to mix the two but because they can't rule out the issue of flushing with people with sensitive skin, they advice that you don't mix the two BUT they also said you can if your skin doesn't have a problem with it. Wish they made this clearer on the product though. I've been using both in my morning skincare routine for 1 year or so to help with recurring acne scarring and overall brightening of the skin and it's been great.
Preach girl! You offered very good and thorough info! Ive watched like 3 of these back to back and learned something new everytime! Thanks for sharing 💜🌸 Ive been struggling with these hard to extract -under the skin acne and then hyperpigmentation (because sadly i am a picker 🤦🏾♀️) and even when i try to do better with that, the inflammation still causes dark spots!! So its good to see informative info on things to help with that.

These videos you have been doing have helped me with the products i needed to buy... I have purchased the peeling solution, niacinamide, the tonner, the buffer, the cleanser, moisturizer, liquid primer and the hyaluronic acid. I was using them the wrong way but thanks to your video on the night and day routine, i have the steps on lock and can see my skin changing.
The opposite effect... is Burning your skin barrier off!😳 I actually cannot layer the Glycolic acid toner with the Niacinamide serum... I did this once 😵🥺😭 Never again. I agree with Vitamin C and Niacinamide explanation. Just a note, Deciem (Ordinary parent company) actual does say Not to mix THEIR Niacinamide and Vitamin C. Thanks again for a very well informed video! Cheers!
Sultana Chowdhury you cannot use lactic acid and niacin-amide because lactic acid is a exfoliating direct acid just like the glycolic, it is said to not use glycolic acid or lactic acid and niacin-amide in the same routine. it is better to use lactic acid or glycolic acid in the afternoon/night routine and niacin-amide in the morning routine :) EDIT: key word is *or* ; do not mix lactic and glycolic.
aisha m Am I supposed to use the glycolic acid alone, with no moisturizer on top during my night time routine? Also, I’m interested in getting both glycolic toner and niacinamide serum, its ok if I use the toner in my morning routine and the serum in my night routine right? I mean, it’s safe for my skin as long as I don’t mix them together in the same routine right?
I loooooove the glycolic - idk what I was doing before I discovered it. And yes!! I eye the peeling solution in my cabinet every single day but have been too chicken to try it. I think I'll film my first time using it and share my thoughts... 😳😆

AHA are not good long term for Brown/Black skin; however, the AHA works for causcian skin, because they dont have the same melanin cells that increase hyperpigmentation like we do. It has good results at first, then you will experience rebound hyperpigmentation. Making the discoloration worst than before. AHA will leave hot spots through the under skin areas and increase melanin cells causing increase hyperpigmentation. AHA, Glycolic toners, Lactic Acid are not brown and dark girls friends. They help at first, then make it worst later. There are so many other products from The Ordinary line that does the same thing and not give the bad effects. Also sunscreen has to be reapplied every two to three hours in order to protect your skin, especially if you are wearing AHA and BHA in the day, which you shouldn't do either.
How do you feel about this skin care routine? Let me know if I should switch or change anything / not mix! Cerave Hydrating Cleanser Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Toning Solution Matrixyl Cerave Moisturizing Lotion Sunscreen?
I have got a cleanser with salicylic acid in it its is the CeraVe Renewing cleanser i am right now also using the Lactic Acid 2-3 times a week and now my question should I use the Foaming Cleanser from CeraVe on the days I use the Lactic acid?
I would use azelaic acid at night after glycolic. As for the night routine, you don't need both the ascorbic acid + alpha arbutin AND the alpha arbutin + HA. Pick one and use it after niacinamide in the morning and if you want to use both to have the benefits of ascorbic acid, alternate them every morning.
Hey thank you so much for making this video ! It was very informative!!. I was also wondering if it would be safe to use the niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA Lactic Acid 10% + HA Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 All together in the same routine ? Thank you so much in advance xx 💞
Tanicha Rose yes, I have a cart full of stuff bcz I have watched at least 30 videos on The Ordinary and most of them have the same stuff but now I’m unsure of how to use them together
THANK YOU!! I am new to this brand (tiktok made me do it!) & I had no idea how to use any of it besides the cleanser & moisturizer. I have the first three products you talked about & was about to try them all the same night 🥴
Hi, I am 26 and completely new to ordinary products or any proper skincare and I wanted to ask which steps should I follow if I have the following products: Niacinamide, Caffeine solution, Lactic acid, Hyaluronic acid? And should I be using this combination everyday at night? Plus I have the peeling mask aswell and I am planning on using no other product the day I use the AHA 30% (at ten days interval). Please guide
Hi I was wondering can I use Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, and Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA in the same routine if so can you tell me which one do I use first in my routine after cleanser. (Please help)
I’m struggling with acne and acne scars, I think I’d like to try the peeling solution from the ordinary because i heard it’s good for acne but I will love everything from the ordinary ❤️ ily @suziefarkash
I'm currently using Alpha arbutin from ordinary and niacinamide from Inkeylist, everytime I use the niacinamide I get to have a serious breakout, should I switch to niacinamide from ordinary?
So If I use Vit C I don't need Retinol? B/c I’ve watched a lot of vids that said that retinol/retinoids are really good for your skin. So what do I do! Also new subscriber!!
I use vitamin c to brighten up hyperpigmentation + the antioxidant benefits it has. Retinol is more for anti-aging. So depending on what you're looking to improve, base your skincare routine off of that! Welcome to the fam babe😘
Niacimide is a good product but not for everyone…l tried using it and it was the worst experience ever. It irritates my skin and worse l feel like am burning it’s a no no for me💕💕
Can you wear makeup after using the ordinary products? And if you can what products can I use? Or just what products would you recommend for the morning and evening?
Yes, you can wear makeup after. I always like doing my skincare before I apply makeup - it acts as a good primer. If you’re looking for makeup recs, I have a makeup routine video on my channel. If you’re looking for a morning/night skincare routine - I also have videos on my channel that walk you step by step on what products I use so go check those out!
I’d use it every other night - so alternate! Use the lactic acid one night, then the retinol the next night. That way you’re not irritating or overwhelming your skin!
Would it be ok if I use the niacinamide and vitamin c in one day if each were separated in an am or pm routine? If so which would be best in the am or pm routine.
Hi Tanicha! Would you know if I can use COSRx salicylic acid cleanser with the ordinarys glycolic acid toner after? Really appreciate your videos. Sending love from the Philippines 💕
I personally have started incorporating a salicylic acid cleanser at night a couple times a week with the glycolic acid toner and have been fine. Normally I’d advise against it, especially when using direct forms, but since I’m so oily using a cleanser with a little salicylic in it really helps keep the breakouts away
I got glycolic acid 7% toning solution, alpha Arbutin 2%+HA, niacinamide 10% +Zinc, caffeine solution 5% + EGCG, Azelaic acid suspension 10% and AHA 30% +BHA 2% peeling solution. Can you please please please help me. I need to know how to layer it and what not to mix
Love this video! Curious question: you said mixing retinol and vit C can overexfoliate, but then mixing them counteracts the effect bc they're not in the optimum pH range. So will overexfoliation happens if they are both "weakened" by each other? Also, retinol is oil soluble (and the Ordinary product is in oil format), so pH for retinol shouldn't matter, no? Can you help clarify what you mean? Thank you so much! 💙
Yes! So here are my notes I took when researching these products for my own use (yes, I save them all so I can refer back bc skincare is so complex! haha) let me know if reading it out helps!💞 Using vitamin and retinol together can definitely cause over-exfoliation, resulting in increased skin and sun sensitivity. There's also two main reasons why you don't want to mix them: 1. REASON #1: The PH levels may change - Water-based (aqueous) skincare products are formulated to work at a certain pH. Skincare products that don't contain water, known as anhydrous solutions, don't have a pH. - Retinol typically has a pH between 5.0 and 6.0, as research has shown that's where it operates best. - L-ascorbic acid, the active form of vitamin C, needs to be at pH 3.5 or lower in order to effectively penetrate your skin (as this study proves). - Since retinol and L-ascorbic acid have a big gap in pH, using them at the same time will lower the retinol's pH and raise the vitamin C's pH which will completely contradict what they need to work 2. REASON #2: They may not dissolve or penetrate - Retinol is oil-soluble, so it will only dissolve in oil. - L-ascorbic acid is water-soluble, so it will only dissolve in water. Oil and water don't mix. So if you're adding a water-soluble vitamin C (for example, an L-ascorbic acid powder) into an oil-soluble retinol, it will not dissolve. That means it won't penetrate your skin, and you won't get any of the vitamin C's benefits. - Another thing to keep in mind is that oils can create a barrier on the skin that blocks the absorption of water-based products-another reason not to mix oil-based and water-based solutions and why we layer oils after moisturizers have locked in the water-serums/treatments SOLUTION - How would I use them? - Separate into day/night routines - Vitamin C thrives in the daytime, protects skin from environmental aggressors so use it in the Morning - Retinol thrives at Night - retinol and retinoids build collagen and help repair the skin, so they're best used overnight. - Keep away from each other and apply them at different times of day this will ensures that each ingredient can work at its correct pH.
Would it be ok if I use the niacinamide and vitamin c in one day if each were separated in an am or pm routine? If so which would be best in the am or pm routine.
Sorry if you explained this already. I’ve been using the Toner and just got the Peeling Solution in the mail. So I should wait to I finish the the Toner before I start using the Peeling Solution?
No you would just remove it from your routine one night a week. For ex. use the toner Monday - Saturday then on Sunday don’t use the toner and use the peeling solution instead
I want to say that you're the best and I'm new to your channel thanks to Google search I have sensitive slight rosacea hyperpigmentation acne scarring so anything that will help will be a blessing
My problem is hypermentation around my hair line from using wig glue and sprays one dark spot on my jaw and chin afraid of glycolic acid I've been told it's not for melanin skin and will not remove the dark spots only make them darker???
I started using alpha arbutin and it cleared up this dark spot I had in literally two weeks, I was shocked! Here’s the exact one, try it and see if it helps! rstyle.me/cz-n/eed9wcct5n7
hi. Currently i have acne breakout, redness, blackheads, open pores. I want to ask is it find for me to start with basic routine first like using mild cleanser instead of the exfoliating cleanser since i have active acne going on? will it work? Thanks. Your video is very informative as i am also looking on this brand-the alpha arbutin to lighten my post pigmentation scar, i guess would love to add it later on (once i deal with this acne issue).
okay so i have acne and hyperpigmentation. I use olehendrikson soap and dickenson toner. I want to buy the ordinary products because I see it fades and clears up dark marks. You stated not to mix the glycolic acid toner and the peeling solution together. Do you think i am able to use my soap and then after use the glycolic acid toner everyday ? And then just use the peel twice a week just not the same day I use the toner ? please help
Yes! Girl you’re a pro already. I’d start with using the peel once a week and see how your skin reacts to it first, then you can gradually work your way up to twice a week (if you find your skin is tolerant and can handle it).
I would not use niacinamide with glycolic. You can use niacinamide during the day and just switch off between using that and vitamin c with the hyaluronic
Can I use the Salicylic Acid 2% Solution with Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12%, Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution or the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution? Can I use the Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12% with Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5?
www.deciemchatroom.com/the-ordinary-conflicts/ this chart shows all the major conflicts of products. I use the niacinamide and the peeling solution but i just make sure to wait a while after taking off the peeling solution before applying anything else to my skin, to reduce sensitivity. Don't use salicylic acid if you are using the peeling solution
I would use the peeling solution once a week and you’ve cleansed your face. I still use this moisturizer also from the ordinary rstyle.me/cz-n/d3hkqpct5n7
I would not use the peeling solution at the same time as niacinamide. You should separate them - so niacinamide during the day and peeling solution at night
Yes, but I’d use them at different times of day bc you always want to separate niacinamide from acids. So niacinamide in the morning and lactic acid at night!
I use this one from TULA! It’s my favorite, no white cast and leaves my skin super glowy😍✨ you can use the code TANICHA if you want to save some money! liketk.it/2Sn7Z
Nope! Since they’re both AHA’s I’d only use one in your night routine bc you don’t want to irritate your skin. If you want to switch it up, then use one one night and the other the next night.
Depends which vitamin c you’re using. If it’s a derivative like magnesium ascorbyl phosphate that’s safer to use together with the toner. Otherwise, I’d separate them - use your vitamin c in the morning (with sunscreen) and glycolic toner at night
The Peeling Solution- At the age of 16, feeling like your skin is not listening is literally the worst feeling ever😭 and it actually messes with your confidence and self-esteem. Also investing in products at a young age really do be a struggle and the struggle is real especially for a black girl like me. Also I would just love to use this lockdown to fix my skin confidence before school resumes😩.(@Rashida.ldn)
hello! I came across your channel after discovering The Ordinary products and watched all your videos about The Ordinary products. I absolutely love the way you go into detail about each one, and I find it informative. I definitely have acne prone skin and this past year it has been the worst for my skin (also discovered my skin barrier was broken because I wasn't wearing sunscreen). Recently, I am finding new ways for my skin to recover and I also find that I have problem areas on my cheeks and chin. The Ordinary product I am most excited about using is The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution just because I have been looking for a toner for awhile now and after watching your videos think this is the one for me! Thank you so much for this opportunity I really appreciate it. I really hope I win the giveaway my instagram is @ybglena :)
Good question! I'd probably alternate days I use niacinamide so I'm not using the pure powder with niacinamide (just to be safe) and also remove the magnesium ascorbyl phosphate since it's a little bit of overkill to use two vitamin c products in the same routine.
I’ve been using this sunscreen from Tula! It’s literally soooo good, leaves me super glowy and no white cast🙌🏾 rstyle.me/cz-n/ebgff7ct5n7 you can use the code ‘tanicha’ for 15% off if you want to try it🥳
I'm using the Granactive 5% Retinoid in Squalane and then Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% at night. No real difference. So Im guessing this is the mixing problem? I have dark spots and somewhat oily skin. I would like a clearer and even complexion. @dynwarlibrarian
I wouldn’t mix niacinamide with acids, so as a solve you can use niacinamide during the day and acids at night. Also - don’t recommend mixing salicylic and glycolic acid in the same routine - that’d be too irritating to your skin.
Tanicha Rose thank you so much for replying last question if you don’t mind. Can I use the Mandelic acid after the peeling solution if not would you recommend. P.s I’ve just subscribed 🥰
Of course! And no - I wouldn’t use any other AHA products after the peeling solution. I’d recommend going in with hyaluronic acid afterwards (this is the one I use: rstyle.me/cz-n/d9punmct5n7 and a super hydrating moisturizer and oil! And thank you so much for subscribing!!🥰♥️♥️
Ordinary products make up about 80% of my skincare routine so these videos are really helpful.
I’m so glad!🙌🏾🥳

Thank you Antonesia!🤍
Hi, I am 26 and completely new to ordinary products or any proper skincare and I wanted to ask which steps should I follow if I have the following products: Niacinamide, Caffeine solution, Lactic acid, Hyaluronic acid? And should I be using this combination everyday at night?
Plus I have the peeling mask aswell and I am planning on using no other product the day I use the AHA 30% (at ten days interval).
Please guide
Can i use alpha arbutin 2% after glycolic acid?
Which vitamin c do you use? I see ordinary has two
@decamair I have hyperpigmentation I would love to try magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and azelaic suspension
Beautiful skin!
Thanks love!🥰
Hi I was wondering can I use Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, and Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA in the same routine if so can you tell me which one do I use first in my routine after cleanser. (Please help)
Thanks for this.
What about mixing Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12
Excuse me. You have Hyperpigmentation? Errrrm bitch WHERE.
Your skin is STUNNING 😍😍😍
Can you use the lactic acid 5% and the retional in 1% together in your night time routine?
I’d use it every other night - so alternate! Use the lactic acid one night, then the retinol the next night. That way you’re not irritating or overwhelming your skin!
Would it be ok if I use the niacinamide and vitamin c in one day if each were separated in an am or pm routine? If so which would be best in the am or pm routine.
I’d use them both in the morning and separate them by just alternate every day
Can you use lactic acid and Niacinamide together? If yes, which goes first and which after?
I wouldn’t use them together. I’d use niacinamide in the morning and lactic acid at night
Yes! So here are my notes I took when researching these products for my own use (yes, I save them all so I can refer back bc skincare is so complex! haha) let me know if reading it out helps!💞
Using vitamin and retinol together can definitely cause over-exfoliation, resulting in increased skin and sun sensitivity. There's also two main reasons why you don't want to mix them:
1. REASON #1: The PH levels may change
- Water-based (aqueous) skincare products are formulated to work at a certain pH.
- Since retinol and L-ascorbic acid have a big gap in pH, using them at the same time will lower the retinol's pH and raise the vitamin C's pH which will completely contradict what they need to work
2. REASON #2: They may not dissolve or penetrate
- Retinol is oil-soluble, so it will only dissolve in oil.
- Another thing to keep in mind is that oils can create a barrier on the skin that blocks the absorption of water-based products-another reason not to mix oil-based and water-based solutions and why we layer oils after moisturizers have locked in the water-serums/treatments
SOLUTION - How would I use them?
- Separate into day/night routines
- Vitamin C thrives in the daytime, protects skin from environmental aggressors so use it in the Morning
- Retinol thrives at Night - retinol and retinoids build collagen and help repair the skin, so they're best used overnight.
- Keep away from each other and apply them at different times of day this will ensures that each ingredient can work at its correct pH.
Would it be ok if I use the niacinamide and vitamin c in one day if each were separated in an am or pm routine? If so which would be best in the am or pm routine.
Me only having glycolic acid 7 toning solution, aha 30 + bha 2 peeling solution, niacinamide 10 + zinc 1........... so how do I do this?
Sorry if you explained this already. I’ve been using the Toner and just got the Peeling Solution in the mail. So I should wait to I finish the the Toner before I start using the Peeling Solution?
No you would just remove it from your routine one night a week. For ex. use the toner Monday - Saturday then on Sunday don’t use the toner and use the peeling solution instead
Just don’t use the toner and peeling solution at the same time. If you used the toner don’t do the peeling solution and vice versa 👍🏽
Can I mix hyaluronic aid 2% +B5 and Niacinamida 10% + Zinc1%
Yes!! I use both of those products in the morning then apply sunscreen to protect and lock everything in!
I’ve been wanting to try the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
@terridoby
I want to say that you're the best and I'm new to your channel thanks to Google search I have sensitive slight rosacea hyperpigmentation acne scarring so anything that will help will be a blessing
I don't have Instagram snapchats but I can leave you my

Can i layer vitamin c with alpha arbutin??
Yes! The Ordinary actually has a vitamin c/alpha arbutin product that I just picked up (linked here: go.magik.ly/ml/xd8y/) so layer them up girl!!
That awkward moment I realize I've been using my glycolic toner on the same days as my chemical peel :-/ Whoops. I shall make that change IMMEDIATELY.
It’s okay we all are learning here! But yes, only pick one - you don’t want to overwhelm your skin
Yes! Start with whatever you feel most comfortable with, see how your skin reacts, then work your way up to more complex products!
Hey need to start using the fine lines and wrinkles serum. Can you recommend for the best one
I’d try these!🦋✨
- Buffet rstyle.me/cz-n/d97psict5n7
- Ascorbyl glucoside rstyle.me/cz-n/d97ptbct5n7
- Hyaluronic acid rstyle.me/cz-n/d97pupct5n7
@@tanicha what if I start with #Matrix.. wrinkles and fine lines serum#
Hey how long should you give your skin to purge until you know if the product is working for you or not?
I’d give it a few weeks and if it’s still purging then you should probably remove it from your routine
Tanicha Rose thank you
Sis, are you allowed to use salicylic acid and niacinamide in the same wash session please?
I wouldn’t. I always separate AHA/BHAs from niacinamide - you can use niacinamide in the morning and salicylic at night
Tanicha Rose thank youuu
okay so i have acne and hyperpigmentation.
Tanicha Rose thanks so much!! Also the glycolic toner you don’t have to wash off right? You just moisturize after ?
Nope! It’s meant to stay on the skin - I apply hyaluronic acid right after to hydrate!
could i mix The Ordinary peeling solution and the Natural Moisturizing Factors+HA
Absolutely!
Can I use the niacinamide and the ordinary glycolic acid in the night and vitamin c and hydraulic acid in the morning
@@orlathorburn297 thank you, i will do my research
When should we use the peeling solution and which moisturizer should we use after ?
I would use the peeling solution once a week and you’ve cleansed your face.
I still use this moisturizer also from the ordinary rstyle.me/cz-n/d3hkqpct5n7
@@tanicha and do you think, its okay to continue using the glycol acid the next day ?
You can yes, but I’d wait a day just to give your skin a break and let it get used to the intensity of the peel
When it comes to not mixing AHA and BHAs can I use one at night and one during the day?
I don’t think you need to use AHA/BHAs twice a day - once is enough!
What if my moisturizer has hyaluronic in it can I still mix them together after applying Niacinamide
Yes! Hyaluronic acid goes with everything 🙌🏾
Vampire peel or the glycolic acid. Ive been looking online for it its always out of stock
Nancy Pyngrope they have it available on their website decorum which is where I purchased it
Nancy Pyngrope DECIEM
Sephora
You can get them from Sephora online
Lactic acid
@sally_da_qween
Can we use the peeling with niacimide at same time ?
I would not use the peeling solution at the same time as niacinamide. You should separate them - so niacinamide during the day and peeling solution at night
Would you recommend using Niacinamide 10% the same day as lactic acid?
Yes, but I’d use them at different times of day bc you always want to separate niacinamide from acids. So niacinamide in the morning and lactic acid at night!
Tanicha Rose thank you so much!
Of course!😘😘
What sunscreen do you use or recommend
I use this one from TULA! It’s my favorite, no white cast and leaves my skin super glowy😍✨ you can use the code TANICHA if you want to save some money! liketk.it/2Sn7Z
Thanks for sharing,👍👍👍😍😍from your new subscriber..
Could i mix the lactic acid and the Mandelic acid together? Just bought those two so I’m wondering how i should use them!
Nope! Since they’re both AHA’s I’d only use one in your night routine bc you don’t want to irritate your skin. If you want to switch it up, then use one one night and the other the next night.
Tanicha Rose ahhh your a life saver tanicha! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
Of course girly!😘
Can i use vitamin c and the toner together
Can i use nicinamide with alpha aburtin x
Yes! I’d use them in the morning and apply sunscreen when you’re done! They both do a good job at brightening the skin and preventing blemishes.
Would you recommend using the ascorbic acid/ vitamin c with the routine you posted previously?
Good question! I'd probably alternate days I use niacinamide so I'm not using the pure powder with niacinamide (just to be safe) and also remove the magnesium ascorbyl phosphate since it's a little bit of overkill to use two vitamin c products in the same routine.
@@tanicha thank u! I don't have an ig unfortunately but I'd love to try the niacinamide and glycolic acid! Also looking forward to your results video!
Am i the only one that get small bumps when using niacinamide
what sunscreen do you recommend
I’ve been using this sunscreen from Tula! It’s literally soooo good, leaves me super glowy and no white cast🙌🏾 rstyle.me/cz-n/ebgff7ct5n7 you can use the code ‘tanicha’ for 15% off if you want to try it🥳
Tanicha Rose thank you does it have an spf of 30
Nana Serebour yes!✨
Where can I buy this product
Everything I mentioned is linked in the description box!
Please give it to me I really need it my face lot of scar acne open pores please I need this
The lactic acid 10% one! I'm getting more into chemical exfoliators 💜 such an informative vid, thank you :)
@inssiyya
I have a combined skin and I’ve ordered the Latic acid and niacinimide acid (don’t think I said that right) would this be okay?
Yes just don’t use them together. Use one in the morning and the other at night (preferably lactic acid at night)
Tanicha Rose thank you this really helped and love the videos
I'm using the Granactive 5% Retinoid in Squalane and then Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% at night. No real difference. So Im guessing this is the mixing problem? I have dark spots and somewhat oily skin. I would like a clearer and even complexion. @dynwarlibrarian
I’d switch it up! So try using the vitamin c during the day and the retinol at night since they both do better in certain conditions
Hello can i use Naicinamide, salicylic acid after toning with Gylcolic acid?
Tanicha Rose thank you so much and it’s 4:13am (London) time and I’m here watching your videos . Thank you once again .x
Well damn...ive been doing it wrong y'all! I've been doing the toner, hylaronic acid, and the lactic acid.
It’s a learning process!! Try and remove either the toner or lactic acid and use just one a night!
