Hi despite follow all procedure stiil remain powershell on "waiting for device" and tablet in "fastboot mode" note that the "fastboot devices" or "adb devices" command has no effect after rebooting the bootloader.

I tried so many things, but I just can't see the "Other devices > Android". The option isn't there. And yes, I connect my phone to ADB and my device is listed there. When I type "adb reboot bootloader", it booted to fastboot mode, but it always disconnected, then connected again, and disconnected again. I can't update the driver because there's no "Other devices > Android" option. I don't want to disappoint you, but do you know how to fix it?
Is it because of my phone? I followed a tutorial that used the same phone as mine, and they worked. Is is because of my cable? i can't connect it with the original cable that came with the phone. Weird. Maybe someone can help me. Maybe I missed one or two steps, but I don't know which one.

What if your in fastboot and can't do the oem unlock?? I been stuck in the fastboot for days now! Not even holding down buttons will work not even reboot cmd works. My device i can even take out the battery and guess what?? Still in this fastboot shhht!!! Lol. Any ideals or help will be greatful!!
