It's great to see this beautiful piece again. Here's a little sidenote to the story of this car. When Tony was cutting the paint for the stripe, a sliver of the green between the orange stripe fell off. I can't recall which side of the car this was on, but I'm pretty sure it was on the cowl. I'm glad to here you have it in your collection and to keep it preserved for many more years Tim. Take care my friend and happy modeling. Don👍😎👍
Thanks for another memory, Tim! I vividly remember Tony telling me about the pinstripe at the first show that we both attended after he finished it. I was astonished then.....and I still am! Hope he and Diane are doing well.....would love to see him!
I have a small collection of built models as well, you've got a gem there.
Very cool! Having built models and knowing their story is very special. Glad you enjoyed seeing this one.

Beautiful car, I'd never try putting a groove in the paint like that, I'd have it all screwed up.
I'd say take a breath and give it a try! Thanks for watching.
Cool Tudor Tim! Great fat fendered ride! Now that’s a steady knife hand! One shot was my go to for striping 1:1 cars! Very cool Tinman! 👍🏻🏆🫡🇺🇸
Glad you liked it! It's a steady hand you need for those stripes, that's for sure. Thanks for watching.
