I saw him near the UC Berkeley campus on Euclid Avenue on North Side (Engineering departments) to get to my classes in a frozen yogurt place passing by thinking "wait... I've seen that guy on youtube" back in 2015. If I wasn't busy with classes, I would have stopped in to say hi.
I'm not at all surprised to find, given how much I like Jaron as a person and as a thinker, that I'd find his music/musicianship enjoyable as well. Lovely talk and really great performance.
