Listened for 20mins, realised God taught me how to do this, and have been doing it for years. I think that's repentance. It's catching the negative thought, seeing and speaking truth, (not in a dissonant way) which renews the mind.

While an advide follower of Dr. Caroline Leaf, I don't think I will follow her guest speaker Kara. has gritt but her passion seems a bit aggressive. I liked a few points Kara makes which kept me engaged but im afraid her cross attitude may be to contagious and I am afraid of becoming bitter sounding. I was so glad Dr. Leaf was able to keep the session on track and point out key points. It is a good episode and I am appreciate of the knowledge shared. Thank you.

Hi Dr. Caroline Leaf, I love listening to you, but I can't listen to your podcast, because your microphone picks up every little soud.

15:30 - At this time-stamp, Kara said to use "neutral thoughts". So my question is ... how does Kara define 'neutral'? I didn't see either of her examples as being 'neutral'. I saw both examples as being true. Therefore, if her statement is true, how can it be neutral?
    Thank you.
