For your test results to be completely in line with the manufacturer's claims you would need to use documents with the same percentage page coverage as those used by the manufacturer during their tests. I would imagine the manufacturer would carefully select source documents that accentuated their printer's results 😀
Im thinking about buying either this model or the Officejet Pro M479fdw. Which one would you recommend me to buy if I really want high quality printings?
Love my 9015 superfast with many valuable tools. Don't forget about first page out which is usually a bit slower. When it comes to where you can print from on your phone you can use all of those as long as you click on them Grant access and or sign-in. Don't forget to download the HP plug-in as well for your mobile device.
I bought HP Office Jet Pro 9020, I needed to change the ink cartridge and when replaced the ink cartridge I got a message (incompatible cartridge), I went and I bought a new ones again and it didn’t work, I hardly used the printer and I could not get it to work, same message kept coming out and I tried to reach out to HP but no help, I am stick with it and I can’t fix it, my warranty has expired so I am out of luck!!
Thanks for the informative video. I'm in fact trying to find out the exact difference between the 9010E and the 9020E, is it only the double paper tray?
The adf feeder is single pass (ie. Scans both sides at once). 9010 uses double pass. If u scan a lot of double side documents, the 9020 is faster and less likely to fail or worsen (ie. Crooked pages)
why you didn't include a picture test print, and maybe on photo paper as well

I would get the 9015 man, the specs are pretty similar if not the same. It runs around $229. Plus it's definitely smaller.
Why did you not test the 39 pages/min draft mode? That's the one thing I wanted to see.
the duplex printing unit only supports letter and executive paper. It's a big throwback compared to the previous model

The scan test should've been done on the automatic duplex scanning, your test is incomplete

You speed the video up instead of allowing us to see how fast it is
Too bad, it use cartridges and not tank system like Epson's. So Epson's printer will be preferred choices.
