Cervical spine Fracture - C4 C5 Dislocation | Complete recovery after ACDF surgery

This 70 Year old Patient presented to us with history of accident and serious neck pain. His MRI and CT showed C45 bifacet dislocation with cervical spine spinal cord compression. He had weakness in both upper limbs and severe pain from going from Neck and radiating into legs. Despite of his age he underwent Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion i.e ACDF at Jaypee Hospital Noida by Dr Pramod Saini. After surgery he showed gradual improvement and at three months of follow-up Now he has completely recovered. He can now walk independently without any pain in neck.

Sir mere bhai ko bhi c5 fracture h ..wo chal leta hai sb kam krta bhi h apne... lekin uske haath pair kamjor h thode se ... fracture hue 8 month ho Gaya h ..sharir me sunnpan batata hai ..kya sir uski surgery karani chahiye ya medicine se thik ho skta hai please reply sir .... please 😢😢😢😢
