Conclusion
* Compressive myelopathy due to multi level disc bulges ossification posterior longitudinal ligament awith significant spinal cord thinning from lower end plate of cv3 to lower end plate of cv6
* spinal canal stenosis at , cv5-cv6 level
* Missing posterior cervical element from cv2 to CV6 level, likely due to previous surgery.
*Discovertebral denegenative changes at multiple level more marked at cv5 -cv6 level having indentation of thecal sac with ventral cord impingement and narrowing of bilateral neuronal foramina resulting in compression of bilateral exciting nerve roots and at cv2 -cv3 level having ventral cord
