I'm still considering whether to use Weapon Master instead of Wilderness Blessing as a jungler Joy.
Taking out objectives and jungling in early game are pretty crucial as deciding factor to win or lose.
And yet, this Joy user seems flawless. Is he really using those emblem settings?

bcs enemy doesnt use tank as jungler thats why she goes for wilderness blessing , and it was free space for her to farming since enemy heroes doesnt have any cc rather than chou only , u must adapt with meta first before deciding what emblem u choose to go

if u asking this is my best 3 reason .
1) enemy doesnt use jungler tank
2) she knows enemy will not interrupt her farming on early , thats why she goes for wikdereness for fast farming
3)enemy lineup was free win for her 😂 she must know it when the draft begin , i guess she was goes for last pick
