It happened in Sokcho a few days ago.
A car driven by a public official collided with the motorcycle in the middle of an intersection.
The motorcycle bounced off and hit three men who were
gathered on the side of the street.
4 people were injured including the motorcyclist and a man in his 60s is in critical condition.
The official was intoxicated at the level of revocation of his licence and the motorcyclist was 18 years old without a licence.
The 3 men were standing on the roadway not on the sidewalk.
Netizens say it's a three combo accident because all the 3 parties are at fault.
