The censored Irish PSAs remind me of ours here in the Philippines mostly by our Department of Health. They went a bit all out with PSAs for fireworks-related injuries in the 2010s with amputees talking about their experiences with fireworks.

Those PSAs reminded me of one i feel was also from Ireland where it was an anti-smoking PSA where a carpenter left his cigarettes under the carpet he just put down so instead of pulling it back him stomps the cigarettes flat. Moments later, the home owners daughter comes in asking if they have seen her hamster. The camera cuts to the carpet with a spreading blood puddle and then the slow fade text of "smoking kills". Best PSA ever.

Crush injuries refer to a force/pressure on a body part causing injury. Like squeezing a body part between two very hard objects, or in this case getting it crushed by iron wheels of the train driving over her. Another example is when people get trampled in something like stadium collapses or riots, they would die by "crush"
