    On today's video I am sharing with you my 10 minute Pregnancy Yoga Routine (Monday edition) for beginners. Iba iba kasi ang work out ko monday hanggang friday para nakakapag pahinga ang muscles.
    I am obviously a beginner as well and I do my Pregnancy Exercises at Home lang din.
    Sa pregnancy exercise na ito mas focus tayo sa breathing at pelvic muscles na makakatulong sa normal delivery ng ating mga baby.
    Sa susunod na video papakita ko naman ang aking exercises using stairs at chairs sa bahay lang din. Let me know if you want me to upload my different 10 minute yoga for every day of the week. Salamat!

    When to start doing prenatal yoga?
    I'm on my 25th week. And when is the best time to do it? Morning or before going to bed? I'm a working preggy..

    Hello mommy ruth anong weight ni baby now that your 33 weeks? Im 39 weeks already going 40 and waiting pa rin lumabas si baby

      Momsh I didn't know the weight na basa ko Lang age of baby on ultra soung 31 weeks Tapos 29 weeks pa lang ako nun e.
